Job Stress means the interaction effect between working conditions andIndividual characteristics. that change the mentality and physiological function of theIndividual. Recently, as the rapid development of domestic economy, domesticcommercial Banks have been listed, the competition between domestic commercialBanks is increasingly fierce, which cause banking grassroots employees work underincreasing pressure. The Job Stress is not only effect grassroots employees mentalityand physiological health, but also damage the benefit of the bank.’In stress management theory, environmental factors, organizational factors andpersonal factors are the three main factors that affect individual pressure, If thepressure management in some aspects of these three factors are missing, the pressureof individual feelings will increase.In order to explore these three factors to theinfluence of the grass-roots staff work pressure, this article selects the xian roadbranch of China construction bank staff as the research object。For different positionsof the grassroots employees has carried on the questionnaire survey Survey questionsare for three factors lack of some aspect of stress management are described usingLikert type5points system Grassroots employees surveyed according to thecondition of the description of the problem to select the similarity, the higher thesimilarity, the higher the score So, the higher grassroots employees surveyed in score,and the closer, describing is, the more serious problems in stress management, Afterthe results of questionnaire survey statistics, we found that the grassroots employeessurveyed generally score high, shows that stress management of xian road sub-branchof construction bank has a big problem. Further through the analyzes the problem ofhigher scores in the grass-roots employees, it is concluded that the problem reflectsthe essence of stress management, summarizes the three factors in stress managementlevel, the lack of management on stress management Analysis results show that theexisting problems in organizational factors, personal factors, environmental factors onthe existing problems are relatively few. Because the stress is common multiple of factors as a result, the effect of thestress management should also come from various angles, integrated to implement.And lack of stress management, will inevitably lead to some of the problemsintensified grass-roots staff work pressure, These problems which is the externalperformance loss of stress management, through the analysis of the externalperformance, can further grasp the essence, find the CCB xian road branch workstress management lack of internal causes. Found the cause of stress managementproblems, this article considers the environmental factors, organizational factors andpersonal factors on affecting the working pressure of commonness and characteristicsof xian road branch on stress management for the construction bank key point of theproblem.
