| In recent years,state-owned banks are facing the impact of internet finance and fierce competition from other commercial banks.In order to get out of the predicament,state-owned banks have tried to reform and transform for the past few years.Employees of state-owned banks are under a lot of role stress in this context.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the status quo of the role stress of the employees of the Wuwei Liangzhou Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China and put forward the coping strategies to reduce role stress.Based on the realistic background,first,this article sorts out theories related to role stress,and adopts the role stress questionnaire revised by Li Chaoping and Zhang Yi in China.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey to obtain the status quo of the role stress of the employees.Secondly,through the statistical analysis of the results of the survey,we can obtain the role stress differences of employees in different gender,different age,different education,different marital status,and different posts,then find out the reasons.Finally,according to the analysis,put forward systematic,targeted strategies to reduce role stress.At present,paying attention to the role stress of employees plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,researching the role stress of the employees of the Wuwei Liangzhou Branch of ABC and proposing effective measures has important practical significance.Specifically,this will help to make full use of the human resources advantages,help employees play their roles in the work,and eventually achieve business development and efficiency improvement. |
