With the fierce competition in the market and the rapid change of information technology,innovation has become the key for enterprises to gain and maintain competitive advantage.At the same time,as a strategic orientation of enterprises,innovation orientation can enhance innovation capability.The more innovative the enterprise is,the faster it responds to market changes.It can quickly develop new products to meet the needs of consumers,thus expanding the market share of the enterprise,and improving the profitability and competitiveness of the enterprise.Some scholars at home and abroad have shown that innovation orientation is helpful to improve corporate performance.This study will take financial enterprises as an example and draw a conclusion that innovation orientation has a positive effect on corporate performance through empirical analysis.The main body of enterprise innovation is employees,especially the new generation of employees.At present,the new generation of employees play an increasingly important role in the process of enterprise development,and gradually grow into the innovative force and backbone of enterprise development,and the main force of social wealth creation.The unique personality and professional traits of the new generation of employees,such as clear personality,active thinking,independence and new values,have become their advantages in carrying out innovative activities.According to the characteristics of the new generation of employees,how to give full play to their strengths,stimulate innovative behavior and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market is a difficult and hot issue in the field of human resources management.In the field of human resources management,performance management takes performance as a link and has a strong guiding effect on employees' behavior.If the mechanism of performance management can be innovated,the concept of innovation can be brought into the scope of performance management to form innovative performance,that is,to add innovative indicators to performance evaluation indicators,and to constructinnovative-oriented performance management.Rational system and quantitative and qualitative assessment of innovative behavior will provide institutional guarantee for innovative behavior of employees,especially the new generation of employees,and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees for innovation,so as to improve enterprise performance.This study takes the S provincial rural credit system as an example,aiming at improving enterprise performance,focusing on the performance management system of the new generation of employees based on innovation orientation.After analyzing the relevant literature and current situation,according to the understanding of the problem,the research hypothesis and theoretical model are put forward,and the questionnaire is designed according to the research questions to carry out relevant research.It is found that: A.Both innovation orientation and organizational climate have significant positive effects on enterprise performance,and organizational climate has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between innovation orientation and enterprise performance;B.The tendency of new generation employees to innovate is influenced by multiple factors,such as product innovation and innovative behavior of new generation employees.Ring.Based on the conclusions of the study,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to construct a new generation of employees' innovation-oriented performance management system from the aspects of performance management objectives formulation,performance index system design,performance management communication and feedback,and leader's innovation-oriented concept.This research enriches and develops the theory of performance management based on innovation orientation,which has a certain practical significance for enterprise practice.
