Currently, the enterprises are in the environment that has become more dynamic and complex. Facing many challenges in the future, the enterprises require keen insight and flexibility, and need to adapt to the change of the market environment and seize new opportunities. In addition, the enterprises should make full use of existing resources to obtain short-term economic benefits continuously. Based on the fast changing environment and the increasingly fierce market competition, knowledge and information have become the emphatic resources for organizations’development. And competition among enterprises has been organizational capabilities’contest, rather than tangible resources’competition. Furthermore, strengthening organizational learning and innovation is the important factor in training the core competitiveness of enterprises, which can improve the innovation performance and assist in the obtain of competitive advantages.Organizational learning can help enterprises to adapt to environmental changes and innovation is an important tool for enterprises to maintain competitive advantages. It can affect the organizational learning process and have a significant effect on organization innovation and innovation performance. Exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation are two different types of innovative activities. Ambidexterity innovation refers to enterprises carry out exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation activities at the same time. It could help enterprises to respond to changes in the environment and achieve efficient allocation of resources. The paper aimed at studying the relationship between learning orientation, exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation, ambidexterity innovation and innovation performance, and carried out in-depth discussion based on empirical analysis.According to organizational learning theory, innovation theory, job performance theory and ambidexterity theory, the paper adopt theoretical deduction and empirical analysis to study the path and mechanism between learning orientation, exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation and innovation performance, discuss the relationship between ambidexterity innovation and innovation performance, and test the mediating effect which is related to the two types of innovation, learning orientation and innovation performance. This paper put forward the research hypothesis based on the relevant theoretical research, and through questionnaire survey method to collect research data. SPSS 18.0 and LISREL8.7 are used for regression analysis, structural equation modeling analysis to test the theoretical model and the research hypotheses.Through theoretical analysis and empirical study, the study gains the following main conclusions:(1) Employees’ educational level, working departments, corporate nature, industry and scale, have varying impact on learning orientation, exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation and innovation performance.(2) Learning orientation is positively related to exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation and innovation performance. And Learning orientation has significant positive effect on exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation and innovation performance.(3) Learning orientation is divided into three dimensions, namely learning commitment, shared vision and open-mindedness. Learning commitment, shared vision and open-mindedness are positively related to exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation and innovation performance. Shared vision and open-mindedness have significant positive effect on exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation and innovation performance, although learning commitment has no significant effect.(4) Exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation are positively related to innovation performance, and have significant influence on innovation performance. And ambidexterity innovation also has significant positive impact on innovation performance.(5) Exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation assume the role of part intermediary between learning orientation and innovation performance.
