become one of the important driving forces of China's economic development,and the proportion of tourism consumption in the national consumption has also increased steadily.Cultural tourism industry plays an increasingly important role in relieving the pressure of employment,the integration of industrial development,the improvement of ecological environment and the improvement of the living standard of spiritual civilization of residents.holistic tourism as Under the background of the new normal,the new impetus and the only way for the transformation and upgrading of the cultural tourism industry are highly in line with the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,opening up and sharing".The exploration of the holistic tourism practice all over the country has created a new situation for the development of China's cultural tourism industry.As a typical resource-based city,LinFen City has a deep dependence on the path of coal resources in the past economic development process.The coal and related industries have a large proportion,the industrial structure is single,the economic growth mode is extensive and fluctuating significantly,and it faces resource loss and ecological environment damage.There are multiple pressures such as unemployment and the need to develop alternative industries to implement industrial transformation.The cultural tourism industry is sustainable and beneficial to the improvement of ecological environment.Under the great environment of developing cultural tourism industry in Shanxi Province,combined with the advantages of LinFen City's own natural and humanistic tourism resources,the cultural tourism industry can be an important path for industrial transformation in LinFen City.Linfen City,as a typical resource-based city,has over-relied on coal resources to achieve regional economic growth in the past,resulting in an excessive proportion of coal industry,a single industrial structure,and significant economic fluctuations.At the same time,facing the multi-pressure of ecological environment damage and personnel unemployment,it is urgent to develop alternative industries to implement industrial transformation.Under the environment of vigorously developing the cultural tourism industry in Shanxi Province and combining the advantages of the natural and human tourism resources in Linfen City,the cultural tourism industry can be used as an important path for the industrial transformation of Linfen City.As the full embodiment of the theory and practice of the five development concepts,holistic tourism can be used to develop the cultural tourism industry in Linfen.In 2000,the implementation of the important grasp of industrial transformation.Through the integration of tourism resources in Linfen City,this study compares and analyzes the five development modes of holistic tourism development,and constructs the model of holistic tourism development in Linfen leading scenic spot,combining with the actual situation of Linfen City.And put forward the corresponding policy recommendations,the main contents are as follows:(1)Combined with the case,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the five typical models put forward in the second Holistic Tourism Promotion Conference,comprehensively considers the actual situation of the development of the cultural tourism industry in Linfen City,and explores the mode suitable for the development of the Holistic Tourism in Linfen City.This paper systematically designs the Holistic Tourism development of Linfen City,and finally establishes the leading scenic spot-driven development mode.(2)Based on the core-edge theory,this paper classifies Linfen tourism resources into three parts: core area,middle zone and edge area.Then,based on the Holistic Tourism construction standard and the related concepts of the model of the leading scenic spot,the driving model of the Holistic Tourism leading scenic spot in Linfen City is constructed.(3)Based on the framework of the Holistic All-area Tourism model of LinFen City,the operation planning theory and the branch and bound method are adopted to plan and design the tourism routes of different connection conditions of LinFen City tourism resources,and enhance the correlation between the various levels.The famous tourist attractions in LinFen City will be connected with the developed cities around the city to build cross-regional tourism resources,realize the connection of lines and interaction of customers,and enhance the overall competitiveness of the cultural tourism industry in LinFen City.Through thedesign of non-docking conditions,the overall layout of large and scattered scenic spots in LinFen City will be planned as a whole,and the radiation belts of the core area and the middle level area will be fully utilized to gradually enhance the visibility and economic benefits of the marginal areas,and form a coordinated development within the city area.(4)Put forward an adaptive policy for the development of tourism in LinFen City.According to the specific framework of the leading model of LinFen City,the software and hardware facilities of the whole city tourism in LinFen City and the marketing and financing related to tourism in the whole region are proposed. |
