| Faced with the increasingly complex and competitive business environment,in order to find solutions to the obstacles hindering the further development of the company,many companies regard the improvement of internal governance ability and management level as their response to the increasingly fierce and changing market competition environment.However,as an important part of company system management,procurement management is one of the most effective means to optimize company system management system.It plays an irreplaceable and vital role in promoting company business process optimization,reducing business costs,improving company management efficiency and enhancing company market competitiveness.Therefore,in order to give full play to the value function of purchasing management in modern enterprise management,and to promote the achievement of company’s business objectives and improve enterprise performance,it is necessary to design the promotion based on the diagnosis and analysis of the existing problems in purchasing management,through in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,and with the help of relevant management theory and method system.It is particularly important to improve the ways and schemes to optimize the company’s procurement management and improve its efficiency.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,makes an in-depth analysis and comment on the related research progress at home and abroad,points out the core and key points of this study,focuses on the concept of procurement management and the main content of procurement management,and on the main contents and supporting methods of this study.Secondly,taking the current situation of purchase management of XJ Communications Company as the research object,this paper systematically analyzed the current situation of ICT product purchase management in each stage of XJ Communications Company by using purchase management theory,and focused on diagnosing and refining the outstanding problems and their causes in ICT product purchase management.Thirdly,combined with the operation of ICT product procurement of XJ Communications Company,the relevant optimization schemes for each stage of ICT product procurement management are put forward by using the theory of procurement management,which provides scientific and effective basis and guidance for the future material procurement management of XJ Communications Company.According to the problem diagnosis and its causes analysis,the specific scheme and safeguard measures of material procurement management optimization of XJ Communications Company are designed,which can provide guarantee for promoting the efficiency of material procurement and effective implementation of management.Finally,it summarizes the research results and shortcomings of this paper,and points out the direction of further research in the future.Through the case study of ICT product purchasing of XJ Communications Company,it provides the basis for promoting the optimization of purchasing management process,system specification and efficiency improvement of XJ Communications Company,so as to enhance the operational and social benefits of XJ Communications Company.In addition,through this study,it can also provide reference experience for similar industry companies in procurement management problem diagnosis,system optimization and efficiency improvement. |
