Challenges And Research On Communication Problems And Countermeasures Of A's Procurement Bidding Information System

Effective communication has become a salient mechanism for the operation and development of modern enterprises.In particular,the internal communication mode of real-world projects is a mandatory part of implementing projects' targets for project management.With the development of the enterprise management,a novel management mode has been proposed by considering a project as an object to divide the project into multiple units in companies,especially high-tech companies.In high-tech companies,IT projects dominates the company's development.Therefore,the communication during project execution concerns each part of the project and the communication of the whole company.When the project is attached with multiple project stakeholders,the effectiveness of the project has become important for the successful implementation of the target and the future development of the company.In this thesis,we consider A company's bid of procurement system as our research object.Specifically,we study and analyze the communication strategies in A company's internal project management.We consummate its communication management in order to make it have reference value for related project management in other companies..In this thesis,after retrieving large amounts of related work we hold a deep understanding about theories on project communication management.Based on this,we study A company as a research case with an extensive analysis:We conduct a questionnaire survey and an interview investigation from the perspective of the project party;we study and understand the current situation of the project in company A through the communication with project stakeholders in company A and project stakeholders in the second party;we deeply detect and analyze challenges and problems existing in these internal projects in company A.Thus we can provide reliable foundations for further improvement and consummation for the internal project communication and communication management.Through our analysis and studies,our thesis successfully integrate the theory with practice.From the perspective of project party,we propose new communication strategies from multiple angles:the design and conception of communication systems,the updating of communication methods,the construction and improvement of communication channels,the improvement of communication skills,and the establishment of internal project communication systems.By improving the employee's ideology,improving the communication skills,consummation of communication channels and mechanisms,we implement the effectiveness of the communication management of the given project in company A.Our proposed communication mechanisms include the setup of project communication manager,the formulation of communication template,etc.We find all these measures successfully consummate the communication management regimes in company A,improve the efficiency of communication,and strengthen the competitiveness of the company.
