As a high-tech enterprises in information services, MW company has been established under the leadership of corporation, it seized the development opportunities of our times and closely around the northeast old industrial, has achieved good business performance, since 2008, with the industry’s economic downturn, the company’s performance is in decline, the internal management problems began to emerge, especially in internal communication problem,. This study is based on the above realistic background, trying to study the MW internal mechanism of effective communication, and find its currently existing problems, meanwhile to detailed analyze the problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This study complies with the overall logical thought of "asking questions- analysis problem- problem solving", analyzing actual operation data of MW, theoretical analysis provide theoretical tools for problem analysis, combining with the historical evolution of management communication theory, combined with the research topics on demand level theory, X, Y theory and the structure of five kinds of communication mechanism are analyzed; the empirical analysis find the key influence factors of employees’ internal communication satisfaction, points out that the main company internal communication existing core issues including department, post communication does not reach the designated position leads to low efficiency of decision making; Communication structure is not reasonable cause information transfer bullwhip effect is obvious; Lack of promotion and effective appraisal system; Hierarchy between communication satisfaction is not high, poor personal feedback; Cross-functional departments communication efficiency is low, low feedback timely, The countermeasures raises some relevant strategies and advice from two aspects—Organization and staff; Organizational level countermeasures including the rationalization of communication system based on organization optimization design, based on the overall communication environment to improve the communication platform, based on the relationship quality improvement of effective channels of communication; Staff level countermeasures including based on the responsibility of the responsibility system and improve the idea change and consensus, a Shared accountability based on perfect incentive mode actively communication to promote trust, open communication atmosphere building based on the family care.
