With the proposal of various national policies to support and benefit farmers and rural revitalization strategies,China's rural financial market ushered in a new opportunity for development.In this development environment where opportunities and challenges coexist,the rural financial market has been further developed and expanded,and the demand and quality of various financial services have been comprehensively improved,which makes people's requirements for rural new credit cooperatives gradually improve.However,the long-term stable development of rural credit cooperatives in China is seriously restricted by the problems of management system,single operation mode and lack of professional talents.Especially the rapid development of Internet finance,rural credit cooperatives are faced with the market competition more and more big,in the face of the Internet financial shocks,the condition of market economy enters the new normal,and the small loan business as the main business of financial poverty alleviation of rural credit cooperatives,rural credit cooperatives in the development of rural economy and even virtuous cycle has a very important role,based on this,how to keep the rural microfinance of rural credit cooperatives business,gradually increase the market share and small loan business has become a rural credit cooperatives must be further consideration.Due to the influence of geographical location and other factors,rural credit cooperatives are mostly distributed in remote areas in xinjiang.As a result,most rural credit cooperatives in xinjiang always have difficulties in obtaining loans and financing,which have been the bottleneck for farmers in xinjiang to get rid of poverty and become rich.In order to effectively deal with relevant problems,this paper takes the competition strategy of small loan business of xinjiang rural credit cooperatives as the main research object to conduct comprehensive and systematic analysis and research,and plays a certain guiding and promoting role in realizing the long-term sustainable development of small loan business of xinjiang rural credit cooperatives.First of all,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external factors affecting the development of small loan business of rural credit cooperatives in xinjiang,starting from the internal and external environment of small loan business of rural credit cooperatives in xinjiang with the relevant theories and analysis tools of competition strategy.Secondly,on the basis of the internal and external environment of xinjiang rural credit cooperatives,specific competition strategy,namely differentiation strategy,is proposed from SWOT analysis,strategic target and strategic selection of small loan business of xinjiang rural credit cooperatives.Finally,in order to ensure the successful implementation of competitive strategy,proposed the xinjiang rural credit cooperatives should improve the talent introduction and management of security,improve the information construction,intensify differentiation policy support and enhance the system execution four aspects related security measures,to ensure the effective implementation of the competition strategy,make the rural credit cooperatives in xinjiang comprehensive improve market competitiveness.
