Research On The Relationship Between Policy Support,Entrepreneurship And Enterprise Innovation Performance

Enterprises are an important subject of national economic development,and the improvement of their innovation performance has attracted much attention.The economic activities of any enterprise are not single and independent,and will be affected by internal and external influences.The institutional environment is an important factor worth studying from an external perspective.Especially in the context of China's transitional economy,the institutional environment is bound to have an impact on the economic activities of enterprises.,Which in turn affects corporate innovation performance.The main impact mechanism of corporate performance has been the focus of empirical research.In the context of China's transitional economy,the research on the institutional environment and organizational performance of new ventures,especially the research on innovation performance,is rare.Therefore,this article is based on the institutional theory,management cognition,and advanced theory.The trait activation theory starts from the macro-level institutional environment,explores the relationship between the institutional environment and innovation performance of Chinese start-ups,and chooses to divide the institutional environment into regulations and norms.The three dimensions of cognition and interpretation interpret policy support as a variable,and introduce the intermediary variable of entrepreneurship to explore the role of policy support on innovation performance.From the perspective of individual entrepreneurs,the research explores the characteristics of entrepreneurial human capital,especially the occupational experience in the dominant characteristics and the narcissism in the recessive characteristics as the representative regulatory mechanism.Through empirical research,it is found that policy support has a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises,and entrepreneurshipplays a mediating role in it.Whether entrepreneurs have professional experience and narcissistic personality traits have a moderating effect on this mechanism.The conclusions of this study have certain reference value for new ventures to improve their innovation performance in the context of China's transitional economy,and enrich the research content of the institutional environment and the mechanism of innovation performance.
