moral qualities,scientific and technological accomplishment,have faster acceptance and ability to accept new things.As young people who have grown up in the new age background,Thinking more open,with pioneering and innovative courage and passion.So college students is an important group of China's entrepreneurial economic development.In addition,under the background of the current education,colleges and universities have been expanding year after year,higher education has become more and more popular in our country,and the number of college graduates has been increasing year by year.The employment competition is very fierce.It is not easy for college students to find a satisfactory job.In the face of the current economic situation and the status quo of the employment of college graduates,the 18 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China since the implementation of entrepreneurship to promote employment policy,launched a college student suspension of entrepreneurship system and a series of policies to support students to start their own businesses.However,despite the government introduced a series of safeguards,but the entrepreneurial rate of college students is still low,according to McCarths released the employment report of Chinese college students show that in 2013,2014,2015,the entrepreneurial rate of2.3%,2.9%,3%.Xinhua.com reported that the 2014 US college students entrepreneurial rate of 20%-23%.Although the entrepreneurial rate is a growing situation every year,but but the overall rate of entrepreneurship is low.Therefore,to study what factors will affect the choice of the college students' entrepreneurship has important practical significance.Affect the individual behavior of the factors,nothing but internal and external factors.From the point of entrepreneurial behavior the internal is entrepreneur'spersonal characteristics,the external cause is entrepreneurial environment.Because the research of the entrepreneurial environment is relatively broad,and very complicated to study.However the institutional environment can change through the influence of the government and affect the other aspects of the entrepreneurial environment,which is more targeted and practical.Based on this,the article will analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial personal characteristics,institutional environment and college students' entrepreneurial behavior.Firstly,the paper constructs a model of entrepreneur's personal traits,institutional environment and entrepreneurial behavior of the college students based on the literature review and related theories.Then the paper explains ideas of constructing the theoretical model,and related concept definition and put forward the research hypothesis.Secondly,through the literature review,to determine the variable measurement scale.Thirdly,the paper once again conduct research that is a large sample test using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software.The software carries out descriptive statistical analysis,reliability,validity and principal component analysis.The hypothesis was verified by regression analysis: First,the entrepreneur's personal characteristics of the risk-taking,innovation,achievement needs,locus of control have a positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior.The entrepreneur's personal traits affect the choice of behavior.When the entrepreneur has high risk,high achievement,innovation and internal control,he will be more eager to succeed,and do a good job of risk Prepared.They have a positive attitude and starting from their own way to find a solution to the problem.So they will be more inclined to choose to start business.So the four dimensions of entrepreneurial personal characteristics are positively related to entrepreneurial behavior.Second,the institutional environment of the regulatory environment,standardize the environment,cognitive environment are positively related to entrepreneurial behavior.The government provide policy support for college students entrepreneurship will improve the enthusiasm of college students entrepreneurship;when the community respect and admire college entrepreneurs,will enhance the social status of college students entrepreneurship,confidence,to meet the needs of achievement;At the same college students know how to legally protect their own businesses and have the skills required for entrepreneurship will be able tocontrol the risk of business.Then improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.Third,the entrepreneur's personal traits and institutional environment have a significant interaction with the entrepreneurial behavior of college students.Entrepreneurs' personal traits and institutional environment are important factors that affect the entrepreneurial behavior of college students,and the effect of the two variate on the entrepreneurial behavior will be affected by the other party.The influence of the entrepreneur 's personal traits on the entrepreneurial behavior of college students increases with the improvement of the institutional environment.The influence of the institutional environment on the entrepreneurial behavior of college students also increases with the increase of the entrepreneur' s personal traits.So the two variate have an interaction with the entrepreneurial behavior of college students.Finally,this paper summarizes the research conclusions,and puts forward the research deficiencies and research prospects.the conclusion of this paper is that the entrepreneur's personal traits and institutional environment are positively related to the entrepreneurial behavior of college students.Entrepreneurs 'personal traits and institutional environment interact with college students' entrepreneurial behavior. |
