Evaluation On The Coordinated Development Of Old And New Townships Under The Guidance Of Development Zones

In the process of urbanization since the reform and opening up in the southern part of the country,the "extraction of towns and towns�played a vital role in the rapid economic and social development of small towns in southern Jiangsu,and appeared in the development of small towns after "extracting towns and towns",A series of new contradictions and problems,such as economic,spatial and social separation,uncoordinated development,and administrative hollowing out,have undergone some new reforms in small towns in southern Jiangsu.However,there are still uncoordinated developments in new and old towns in small towns.The phenomenon and problems of regional development are divided,and further exploration of transformation and development strategies is needed to achieve regional coordinated development.Based on this background,this paper studies the development process and characteristics of spatial reconstruction in Lili Town,one of the typical cases of small towns in Suzhou and small towns in southern Jiangsu,and takes Lili Town as an example to coordinate development from new and old towns.Starling from the level,a coordinated development evaluation system based on five aspects of "space coordination,traffic coordination,environmental coordination,service coordination,and social coordination" was established.The analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of specific indicators,and the problems found in the coordinated evaluation were explored.It will affect the core elements of the current coordinated development of small towns in southern Jiangsu,and propose optimization models and strategies to promote the coordinated development of small towns in southern Jiangsu.The main conclusions of the study are:(1)Through the analysis of the macro level of small towns in Suzhou,it is found that small towns in Suzhou are the development process of small towns dominated by development zones.The development process is divided into three stages:exploration and development,rapid growth and development and transformation.And the development mode of small towns and development zones is divided into three types:the development zone under the jurisdiction of the town,the town under the jurisdiction of the development zone and the district and town.(2)Lili Town takes Wuhu High-tech Zone as the leading small town development feature.The scale of land use in the development zone is continuously expanding,the number of settled enterprises is increasing,the development zone is growing rapidly,and gradually becomes the core of the whole town.The function of each old town is from rural areas to rural areas.Going to urban areas is constantly changing.The development process is divided into two stages:rapid expansion and transformation and upgrading.(3)Through the investigation of the current situation of the coordinated development of road traffic,urban greening and public service facilities in Lili Town,it is found that the coordination development level of each old town is quite different.(4)Constructing a coordinated development evaluation system for new and old towns in Lili Town from five aspects:"space coordination,traffic coordination,environmental coord:ination,service coordination and social coordination",and classify the coordinated development level of new and old towns into a higher level of coordination and coordination.There are three types of general level and low level of coordination.Through static horizontal and vertical analysis and other factors related to coordinated development,the problems affecting coordinated development are obtained.(4)Construct a theoretical model for the coordinated development of Lili Town and Southern Jiangsu Small Towns,and propose an optimization strategy for the coordinated development of small towns in Southern Jiangsu.
