Implement the strategy of regional economic coordinated development in our country,great efforts to support the frontier,nationality,old revolutionary base areas,poor regions such as the development of the economy,promoting the development of the western region,promote the development of the northeast China and other old industrial bases,promote the rise of the central region,at the same time,accelerate the development of the eastern region innovation,gradually build up more good regional coordinated development mechanism,is currently China's regional economic coordinated development starting point and the foothold.There are two main contents about the theoretical basis of the coordinated development of regional economy.Is one of Marx,Engels and other classical writers of marxism about social productivity of labor division and cooperation,the thought of balanced industrial layout,Lenin's new economic policy,Stalin's theory of regional economy and a series of coordinated development of regional economic theory.Second,Mao Ze Dong,Deng Xiao Ping,Jiang Ze Min,Hu Jin Tao and other party and state leaders put forward regional economic theories in accordance with the national conditions in different historical periods.Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),theories and thoughts on the coordinated development of regional economy have been abundant,mainly covering three aspects.First,the concept and core of coordinated development of regional economy with equity,coordination and sharing as its main content.Second,it focuses on the coordinated development of regional economy,including multi-level regional open development,regional integration development and balanced development of inter-regional infrastructure.Third,the strategic goal of coordinated development of regional economy mainly refers to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,forming a new pattern of coordinated development of regional economy and resources and environment,and realizing socialist modernization.Since the 18th national congress of the CPC,the practice of promoting coordinated development of regional economy has been mainly embodied in the coordinated development of Beijing,tianjin and hebei,the development strategy of Yangtze river economic belt and the practice of "targeted poverty alleviation".Since one is a large party 18,the state actively deployment arrangement will beijing-tianjin-hebei region into a modern new capital economic circle,build up modern transportation network system,so as to promote the development of regional integration.Second,the Yangtze river economic belt will be transformed into an inland river economic belt with global influence,a leading model of ecological civilization will be constructed,and a new modern urban system will be established.Third,we stressed the need to develop the economy of backward areas and do a good job in targeted poverty alleviation.In the course of "targeted poverty alleviation",various ways of regional economic development are explored,so as to form a sound system and mechanism for the economic development of backward regions.The current regional economic coordinated development in our country mainly there are four problems:one is the regional economic coordination mechanism is not perfect,the second is regional industrial isomorphism phenomenon is serious,three is a large difference of regional ecological environment control,four is cross-regional public governance system disorders.To this end,we should actively,strengthen macro policy guidance and coordination,rational layout of regional industry division of labor,to explore regional co-construction and sharing mechanism and approach,with large data sharing strategy to promote regional economic development,for countries to promote regional economy coordination development strategy provides the basis.
