Study On Urban-rural Relationship Optimization Strategy From The Perspective Of Coordinated Development Of Urban And Rural

The relationship between urban and rural areas is a comprehensive social relationship which contains many contents,in clouding the industrial relations between industry and agriculture,as well as the interests of citizens and farmers.Under the background of the transformation of government function and social economy,the harmonious development of urban and rural areas is not only the inevitable requirement of the construction of new-type urbanization in our country,but also is very important for the long-term stable and harmonious development of social economy.Therefore,based on the theory of urban-rural relationship and the experience of optimizing the relationship between urban and rural areas in the new situation,the main course of the development of China's urban-rural relationship and the main problems of the current urban-rural relationship are combed.The basic reason for the uncoordinated relationship between urban and rural areas is the dualistic structure system.A comprehensive evaluation system of urban and rural coordination,including economic coordination degree,social coordination degree,environmental coordination degree and spatial coordination degree of four dimensions,is constructed,taking Jiangsu province as an example,through principal component analysis and cluster analysis,the coordination degree of urban and rural areas in 13 provinces of Jiangsu province was measured and evaluated.The results show that the urban-rural coordination in Jiangsu Province is in accordance with its economic development level and urbanization level,which shows a trend of decreasing from south to north,which indicates that the current level of economic development is still the most important factor affecting the urban-rural coordination degree.According to the above,the paper puts forward that the optimization of urban-rural relations should take the overall development of urban and rural areas as the key point to quicken the development of rural agriculture,meanwhile promote urban and rural management system reform and balanced ecological construction,and comprehensively optimize the urban-rural relationship.
