The development of science and technology always makes people enjoy life better.On the one hand,the advancement of science and technology has prompted people to live a better life.On the other hand,people's various needs have promoted the development of science and technology in a better way.This is the case with "laser projection technology." Although the laser light source has the advantages of high brightness,wide color gamut,high contrast,and long service life,the laser projection has truly shown a rising trend until the past two or three years.Since 2015,most of the traditional projector brands have been exploring the laser research for a certain period.By 2017,with the continuous maturity of laser technology,laser projection can be said to develop rapidly with the " outbreak”,and many manufacturers also joined the projection army because laser sources were arrived.V company is a manufacturer of laser projectors developed earlier in China.At the beginning of 2016,7000 lumens laser projectors were launched.In the good situation,after more than a year of operation,V company has not made a big breakthrough in the field of laser projectors.This article is based on the actual status of the enterprise,from the four levels of marketing:product,price,place,promotion,analyzes the current situation,and proposes corresponding improvement measures,in order to help increase the sales of V company laser projector.First of all,from the theoretical point of view,this paper briefly expounds the concept of marketing and 4Ps theory,as well as the SWOT analysis method.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of V company and the original marketing strategy,as well as the problems in these strategies.Then,in response to these problems,the SWOT analysis method is used to compare the advantages and disadvantages of V companies,and the favorable conditions and unfavorable conditions are summarized.Finally,through the analysis of marketing strategies,identify the market positioning,and propose specific improvement measures and implementation plans.Through the research on the marketing strategy of V company laser projector,this paper uses marketing related theories to ask questions,analyze problems and solve problems,so as to provide reference for enterprises encountering the same problems and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
