The projector for engineering in the smart meeting, commanding, virtual simulation, trading volume has gone far beyond the consumer projector, especially in the field of cultural entertainment, with more cutting edge projection technology plays a significant role in human life. The projector for engineering market is very different from the projector for consumer market.With vigorously investment to the high and new technology, and also in culture industry, the projectors for engineering occupy more and more important position in the above areas. At the same time, with the projectors for engineering come across increasingly fierce competition in the market, the uncertainty factors is more and more, the market marketing relations become increasingly complex.This paper is in research of relationship marketing strategies on the engineering of the projector.Firstly, a summary of the relationship marketing and game theory research at home and abroad.Secondly, from the macro aspects, to do marketing research of status and development trend of market characteristics, the customer classification. And also, from the micro aspects, to do marketing research of the key process in Engineering projector marketing. By means of macro research and micro analysis, analysis of the present situation, problems and trend of relationship marketing for engineering projector.Thirdly, by the environment analysis, game analysis and behavior analysis of relationship marketing of engineering projector, combining the game theory and relationship marketing concept together, starting from the actual engineering projector market, to put forward new ideas and new methods of relationship marketing strategy.Finally, take BD group as an example, from the perspective of game theory, to practice the relationship marketing concept, implement the scheme of relationship marketing strategy under the new environment, and to establish the evaluation system of implementing effect of the relationship marketing strategy.
