In modem marketing theory,channels are most important,especially for distributors,the key to enterprise development is channel development.The competition of projector industry is more and more fierce,homogenization is very serious,but only channels can not be copied.DH company is China general agent of Focus projector,achieved great success with the development of channels.The channels change as the market changes,channel problems of DH are beginning crop up.The purpose of this paper is to find the problems of DH company channel construction,And make some suggestions.Through the study,we find that the marketing channel of DH company can be divided into internal management and external factors.Firstly,Management of suppliers is not strict,and a series of problems are raised.Secondly,DH company does not pay attention to the development of the electricity supplier channels,although the electricity supplier channels continue to impact the traditional channels,and competitors have been strengthening the construction of the business channel,DH company is still pay no attention to the electricity supplier channels.In view of the problems existing in the marketing channel of DH company,this paper suggests that DH company should strengthen the management of distributors,coordinate the relationship among distributors at all levels,and reduce the channel conflict.At the same time,cultivate the loyalty of dealers,and the establishment of partnerships between dealers to achieve win-win.Good management of channels is a necessity for the development of China's projector agents,DH company has good experience in the projector general agent,there must be a successful way to build marketing channels.Therefore,the integration of DH company's marketing channels and the essence of the DH company is to grasp the channel resources to integrate and rational allocation.This paper hopes to provide some reference for the channel management of other projector agents through the research of the marketing channel of DH company.
