In recent years,under the influence of the new economic operating environment such as interest rate marketization and financial disintermediation,the increasing demand for social financing has caused the credit demand of commercial banks to rise linearly.As China's commercial banks are limited by various regulatory indicators such as deposit-loan ratio,credit scale,and single loan concentration,credit quotas cannot meet social financing needs.The inter-bank business has shown a rapid development trend due to its lack of credit scale and close to market demand.The inter-bank business brings new profit growth points to various commercial banks,but it also brings many hidden problems.With the occurrence of the " money shortage”,the supervisory department realized that the risk of interbank business was enough to affect the stability of the entire financial market,and then began to rectify the interbank business of the commercial bank,which was intended to guide the return of the inter-bank business to its original source.K Bank is one of the city commercial banks in China.This paper firstly summarizes the current situation of K-bank's inter-bank business by introducing the basic concepts and business types of China's commercial banks,and uses SWOT analysis method to advantage of K bank interbank business.Analysis of weaknesses,opportunities and threats.According to SWOT matrix analysis,K Bank proposed corresponding strategic positioning,strategic goals and strategic choices.In the last part of the paper,according to the strategic choice,K Bank will formulate implementation measures for the development of interbank business development strategy.At present,the development of K Bank's interbank business is facing a transformation.Under the existing supervision,the rapid growth of the previous period has some control,but the inter-bank business has higher requirements for the quality and conditions of K Bank itself.Therefore,K Bank needs to adhere to its own hard attitude to strengthen the cultivation of the talent team,comprehensively improve the credit of the industry and strengthen the total business control and structural adjustment of the industry in combination with its own situation,and explore new sustainable business growth points.At present,effective supervision has begun to show initial results,and K Bank needs to carry out substantive reforms and regulate the processing of inter-bank business accounting subjects.In order to reduce the transaction risk,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of inter-agency inter-institutional trading platform,and lay the foundation for the transformation of inter-bank business to standardized business.This paper has important practical significance for the steady development of K Bank's interbank business from the analysis and research of interbank business to the corresponding strategy.
