With the rapid development of the economy,the scale and construction mileage of highway construction in China has been increasing,and the large-section in highway has gradually been introduced into the construction of expressways.The highway large-section model construction project has the characteristics of large material demand,large investment and concentration,which makes the material cost control work of construction enterprises on the construction site more complicated,which seriously hinders the construction enterprises to further improve economic benefits.This paper studies the material cost control of the construction site of the large-section in highway,aiming to improve the economic and competitive advantages for the construction enterprises.This paper firstly defines the highway large-section model and analyzes its characteristics through the field research results and the summary of a large number of documents,and expounds the material cost of the highway construction site and the material cost control of the construction site.Then compare the construction material cost control situation of the construction enterprise under the traditional mode and the large bidding mode,and obtain the characteristics of material cost control of the construction site of the highway large-section model;Analysis,and the construction company is difficult to grasp the status quo of the key points of material cost control at the construction site,identify and select the influencing factors of material cost control on the construction site from the four aspects of material planning,approach acceptance,storage and storage,and use the DEMATEL model to determine The rationality of material demand planning and the accuracy of material reserves are the key factors influencing the material cost of the construction site.According to the factors affecting the rationality of material demand planning,the material demand planning optimization model is constructed and solved by genetic algorithm;Based on the factors affecting the accuracy of material reserve,a hybrid strategy inventory optimization model that(T,s,S)is established,and the optimal material reserve is determined by marginal analysis.Finally,taking the large-section construction project of Hubei QS highway as an example,the feasibility and rationality of the method are verified.In this paper,the material cost control of the construction site of the large-section in highway is studied.The research results have certain practical value,which helps to improve the core competitiveness of the construction enterprises in the large-section in highway,for the construction enterprise at the construction site.Providing scientific theory and method reference for construction enterprises to control material cost on the construction site.
