| In recent years,with the large-scale development of domestic highway construction project,the management mode of large-scale section of expressway has emerged.Due to the large demand for model materials and the large proportion of highway construction materials in highway construction cost,the importance of highway construction materials supply is more obvious under the large bid section of expressway.However,at present,the logistics of engineering construction in our country is still in the stage of development,and there are many problems such as low efficiency and high cost of distribution in most projects.Starting from controlling the cost and satisfying the material demand,this paper studies the distribution of highway construction materials in the large-scale section of the expressway,in order to reduce the construction of the materials.This,improves the distribution efficiency has the important practical significance.This paper introduces the present situation of construction material distribution in large section of expressway,and analyzes the distribution characteristics and advantages of construction material in large section of expressway.It is clear that the problem of material distribution in the construction mode of expressway large bid section is a single supply point,multi-construction point and a certain number of warehouses under the three-level distribution network structure,considering the location and quantity of warehouse location-inventory-path problem.On this basis,the optimization model is established with the goal of the lowest total cost of the distribution system.According to the characteristics of the model,this paper decomposes the problem into two sub-problems:location inventory problem and vehicle routing problem,and proposes a new two-stage heuristic algorithm,which uses up immunity respectively.The transmission algorithm and the improved saving algorithm are used to solve two sub-problems.Then,based on the project of Qianjiang to Shishou Expressway,a simulation case is designed and calculated by using MATLAB software to bring in the actual data.The distribution planning scheme obtained by operation is compared with the distribution cost of the existing planning scheme,and it is verified that the distribution planning scheme under the calculation of the model and algorithm in this paper saves the distribution cost.The results of algorithm operation show that the model and algorithm given in this paper are effective in optimizing the distribution of construction materials under the factory mode of large bid section of expressway,and provide certain guiding significance for the logistics distribution of other projects. |
