With the improvement of the quality of life of urban and rural residents,the demand for dairy products is also increasing.Urban and rural residents put forward higher requirements for the variety and quality of dairy products.In the face of the diverse needs of urban and rural residents,many dairy products brands in the dairy industry adopt the mode of subregional management and distribution to improve the service quality of regional dairy products distribution and sales,so as to ensure the variety diversity of dairy products and enhance the loyalty of urban and rural residents to the brand of dairy products.Facing the fierce market competition among dairy brands in the region,H company,as a dairy distributor in Hengshui region,has gradually realized the importance of distribution for the company's management decision-making.As one of the most important businesses of H company,with the expansion of the company's market in recent years,the existing distribution system has been unable to keep up with the company's business development speed,many distribution problems begin to emerge,which affect the distribution efficiency.How to use reasonable distribution methods to optimize the distribution system,improve the distribution management level and customer satisfaction,have become an urgent problem for H company.Through the analysis of the current situation of H company's distribution system,it is found that there are still many problems in the accuracy of distribution demand prediction,the timeliness of distribution services in subregions and the design of distribution routes.Specifically,if the forecast of distribution demand is not accurate,the distribution volume of dairy products is too small,and secondary distribution is needed,or the distribution volume of dairy products is too large,resulting in the backlog of dairy products.Due to the wide distribution of service stores,the distribution personnel can not complete the distribution tasks in the sub areas within the task cycle,resulting in untimely distribution.There are too many distribution lines and low vehicle loading rate,which lead to the problem that most of the distribution time is wasted on the round trip,being not conduciving to the long-term development of the company.To solve these problems,time series analysis method is used to study the previous distribution volume,so as to obtain the future distribution demand of various dairy products of H company.This method makes the distribution quantity more in line with the distribution demand of customers,and reduces the problem of overstock or shortage of dairy products caused by inaccurate estimation of dairy products demand of retail stores by distribution personnel,so as to reduce customer satisfaction.Secondly,on the basis of the predicted future distribution demand data,K-means clustering algorithm is used to redivide the distribution subregions,and a new subregion store distribution range division scheme is proposed.This makes the distribution tasks in each subregion more balanced,and the distance between stores in the distribution subregion more cohesive,so as to reduce the distribution pressure of distribution personnel,improve work enthusiasm and distribution timeliness.Then,according to the subregion division after optimization,in each subregion,the method of saving mileage is used to optimize the distribution line,and the distribution line optimization scheme for the subregion after optimization is given.This improves the loading rate of distribution vehicles,reduces the distribution loop,reduces the cost of distribution fuel,reduces the time spent on the distribution journey,and improves the distribution efficiency.Finally,the existing distribution system is adjusted to improve the operation efficiency of the company's distribution system.Through the research on the regular distribution problem of multi outlets and small batch with strong timeliness requirements,the paper gives the targeted optimization suggestions of distribution system,which has a certain practical value.
