With the continuous expansion of urban scale,the ground traffic congestion in large and medium-sized cities is becoming more and more serious,and the traffic problem has become a complex problem that every urban planner and builder must deal with.However,all kinds of rail transit vehicles,with their own running tracks,are not affected by urban traffic congestion.They are highly efficient and convenient,which are favored by modem cities and have gradually become one of the main means to solve the problem of road congestion in big cities.In recent years,with the successive opening of line 2,3 and 6 of Tianjin metro,the service network of Tianjin metro has been gradually formed,which have made request for better management and staff working efficiency of the metro operating company.This paper tries to find the shackles that restricted further improvement of employees' work performance through the study on the incentive scheme and its effect on grassroots employees in Tianjin metro operation company,and then propound targeted improvement plans on this basis,to help the company to adapt to the new challenges of service network.Taking the existing incentive system of Tianjin Metro Operating Company for grass-roots employees as the breakthrough point,this paper tries to find out the key points which restrict the development and promotion of employees,and improves the key points which exist in the promotion space with the view of modern incentive theory,to achieve the purpose of improving the incentive effect.Firstly,the paper introduces the development and the operation system,as well as the existing organizational structure and personnel composition characteristics of Tianjin Metro Operating Company.In view of the existing incentive scheme of Tianjin Metro Operating Company,a questionnaire was designed and distributed to nearly 3000 grass-roots employees covering all positions of the company through internal Wechat software,and then the questionnaire was recycled.Subsequently,this paper uses SPSS software to collect a large number of data for statistics and analysis,to get grass-roots employees' satisfaction rate with the company's current incentive system and future development prospects,and then find out the problems with what employees generally dissatisfied.Finally,the paper puts forward the improvement plan of the incentive scheme system to target the above problems,and predicts the implementation results of the scheme.
