Research On Information Construction Of Grassroots Tax Service

Informatization has become an inevitable trend of current social development,because the development of information technology is promoting innovation in all areas and aspects of social change.The construction of tax informationization includes many aspects,and the construction of taxation service informationization is one of the most important aspects.The most direct way to improve the satisfaction of taxpayers is to promote the formation of a scientific recruitment system by implementing the informationization construction of tax services.The new information age has arrived,and taxpayers have put forward higher requirements for our tax service capabilities and means,which makes the importance of taxation service information construction more and more prominent.This thesis is divided into three parts:theoretical research,case analysis and countermeasures.There are five chapters.The first part is the theoretical research part(the first and second chapters of the thesis).It mainly expounds the development status and optimization significance of taxation service informationization by taking the background and significance of the topic selection as the entry point.At the same time,through the research on the connotation of relevant literature and thoughts at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and expounds the research methods and possible deficiencies of this paper.The second chapter is to provide relevant theoretical support for the following case discussions through the study of related concepts and theoretical foundations.The second part is the case analysis part(the third and fourth chapters of the thesis),which mainly takes the taxation service informationization as the research object,and takes the information service of taxation service of Tongliao Taxation Bureau as a case,and investigates the informationization of taxation service for many years.Based on the research,and the advanced concepts of taxation service informatization and the advanced cases of taxation service informatization construction at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current construction status of taxation service informatization of grassroots tax bureaus and the problems that need to be solved urgently.The third part is the countermeasure suggestion part(the fifth chapter of the thesis).Through the analysis and thinking of the previous problems,from the thinking mode of taxation service informationization,the degree of informationization,the means of service,the degree of information sharing and the cultivation of talents.Combining the advanced experience at home and abroad and based on the author's grassroots work experience of the tax authorities for several years,the grassroots tax authorities are provided with feasibility suggestions for reference.
