With the development of economic globalization and the increase of market competition,more enterprises will turn to service supply chain management in order to improve their competitiveness,And fair concern and information asymmetry are two important factors in the service supply chain network model.In order to investigate the correlation between the fair concern and information asymmetry to the various manufacturers and other members in the service supply chain network,this paper first established a balanced model of service supply chain network considering fair concern and quality,and then established a service equilibrium model within the operator's effort level information asymmetry.In the model,the service supply chain network is composed of multiple service providers,service operators and demand markets.Using the Stackelberg-Nash-Bertrand theory,we obtain the equilibrium solution of the service supply chain network.And analyzes the influence of the service provider's fair concern and the service operator's effort level information asymmetry on the balanced decision of the service supply chain members through the numerical examples.The main content and innovation points of this article are as follows:(1)The fairness concern behavior of the service providers in the service supply network was considered,the equilibrium model of the service supply chain networks with fairness concern and quality was established based on the lower limitation of the service quality standard.The effect of the fairness concern behavior and the quality of the service standards on the service providers' transactions,quality,utility,and the overall service network was studied.(2)A service supply chain network with many service providers and service operators was studied.The quality of service was determined by the effort level of providers and operators.The equilibrium model of the service supply chain network with service operators' effort level information symmetry and information asymmetry was established,and the optimal decision of each member in these two cases was obtained.Considering the effort level information asymmetry case,the influence of the sensitivity coefficient and the effort level of service quality on the decision of each member was analyzed.
