As the scope of overlapping third-party payments and commercial banking services continues to expand,the relationship between third-party payments and banks has shifted from initial complementarity and cooperation to competition.From the perspective of intermediary business,the rapid development of third-party payment has affected the traditional payment settlement,deposit and loan business and intermediary business of commercial banks.Faced with the challenges and impact of third-party payment,commercial banks are gradually aware of the importance and urgency of change,and try to innovate traditional businesses and change business models to cope with the competition of third-party payment companies.This paper mainly studies the development status of third-party payment and its impact on the acquiring business of commercial banks.Taking J Bank as an example,it discusses the impact of third-party payment on J Bank's acquiring business and the countermeasures that commercial banks should take.This paper begins with the operation mode and development status of third-party payment,and analyzes the impact of third-party payment on commercial banks.Then,taking J Bank as an example,the paper deeply studied the specific impact of third-party payment on the market,customer resources and sales channels of J Bank's acquiring business and the development opportunities brought by JB Bank.Finally,it proposes countermeasures against third-party payment companiesThe research shows that the development of third-party payment companies diverted J Bank's acquiring business funds,robbed J Bank's acquiring business customers' resources,and shocked J Bank's acquiring business sales channels However,the strengthening of regulatory policies has brought J Banks the opportunity to limit the transaction of third-party payment services,the diversion of profits from third-party payment companies,and the strengthening of financial supervision,which has led to restrictions on third-party payment services.Combined with the specific impact of third-party payment on J Bank's acquiring business,it is proposed that commercial banks should make policy based on households,develop trading banking business,promote diversified platform cooperation,expand new channels such as online banking and direct banking,and financial supervision and anti-money laundering.Countermeasures and suggestions provide a countermeasure for commercial banks to deal with competition from third-party payment companies such as third-party payment.
