Impact Of Producer Services On Manufactring Export Competitiveness

Chinese economy has undergone a period of rapid growth,which has gradually occupied a place in international trade through resource intensive and population intensive manufacturing.However,due to this extensive mode of economic growth,the environment and trade status of China have brought many negative impacts,resulting in waste of resources and environmental destruction.As Chinese manufacturing industry mainly focuses on the processing of low-value-added primary products,China is in the position of a processing plant in international trade.But as the resources of our country are in a hurry,society is aging,and the dividend of the population disappears,our primitive comparative advantage has begun to fade,and the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry is declining,so it has to be targeted to solve the problem,to explore how to effectively improve the export competitiveness of our manufacturing industry and gain new advantages.According to the theory of dynamic comparative advantage,the comparative advantage of manufacturing industry is not invariable,and it can obtain new comparative advantages by means of technology spillover and endogenous technology upgrading.Producer services industry,as the main service object of manufacturing industry,has brought new vitality and impetus to the improvement of competitiveness of manufacturing industry.Its specialized division of labor and knowledge-intensive nature can provide services to the manufacturing industry to produce the positive effects of technology spillover,thus enabling the manufacturing industry to gain new comparative advantages,thus improving export competitiveness.Therefore,this paper will focus on the role of producer services in manufacturing export competitiveness as the main research object to solve the path of producer services to improve the export competitiveness of manufacturing industry,and whether there is a coordinated development between the two industries.In this paper,a combination of theory and empirical analysis is applied.Firstly the relevant researches at home and abroad are summarized first,and the connotation and extension of producer services are defined by reference to the research results of other scholars,and the indexes of the researchobject are selected.Secondly,it analyzes the competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry,and finds out the reasons for the weak export competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry through its own development trend and comparison with the United States.Thirdly the producer services for China's manufacturing export competitiveness a detailed analysis of the path of ascension,explains the producer services by what way and specific role in promoting.Fourthly,we selected the panel data of 29 provinces(cities and autonomous regions)in our country to carry out the empirical test,on the one hand,on the national level,and on the other hand,on the eastern and western levels respectively.The results showed that producer services had a clear promotion effect on the export competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry,especially in the eastern region.At the end of the paper concludes that in order to better improve the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry,in a dominant position in international trade,we can increase the specification of producer services and investment,improve the cultivation of talents and the introduction of,promote the coordination of the two industries.At the same time,according to the problems existing in the development of different regions in our country,specific issues specific analysis,adjust measures to local conditions for the development of each segment of adept productive service industry,better driving the development of manufacturing exports.
