Research On The Synergetic Development Between Integration Of Producer Services And Manufacturing Industry And Structure Change In China

As the Chinese economy is in the critical period that transforming from high-speed growth to high-quality development now,and the adjustment of industrial structure also enter a deepening period,one of the main goal of industrial structure optimization is to promote the deep integration of producer services and manufacturing industry.This integration can improve the value creation ability of the industrial chain and change the industrial competition pattern and market demand structure,which will accelerate the pace of industrial structure transformation and have a deep influence on high-quality development.In this context,the author will discuss the relationship between the integrated development of producer services and manufacturing industry and the change of industrial structure from the perspective of synergetic development,analyzing the effect of their synergetic development as well as measuring the influence of imbalanced industrial structure on integrated development.The aim of this thesis is to provide some reference values and contributed suggestions for synergetic and integrated development of producer services and manufacturing industry.The remainder of this paper is organized as follows.Firstly,some relevant theories and literature on integrated development,the change of industrial structure and synergetic development are summarized.Meanwhile,the integrated development of producer services and manufacturing industry and characteristics of the structural change are described in the first section.The input-output method and coupling coordination degree model are applied to measure the characteristics of the integration of the two industries from the perspectives of relevance,interaction and coordination.Secondly,the Haken model of synergy theory is introduced to verify the synergy mechanism between the integration of the two major industries and the change in the industrial structure.It is determined that the integration of the two industries is the order parameter of their coordinated development and plays a decisive role in the coordinated development.On this basis,the synergy degree model of composite system is further constructed,and the synergy degree of the two is analyzed.Thirdly,according to the influence mechanism of industrial integration on industrial structure,this paper makes a more in-depth study on the direction of coordinated change of industrial structure under the background of two industrial integration;Finally,this paper constructs the industrial structure imbalance index of producer services and manufacturing respectively,analyzes the characteristics of the imbalance of the two industrial structures,verifies the effectiveness of the imbalance index by calculating the contribution rate of the change of final output structure,and then studies the dynamic impact of the imbalance of the two industrial structures on the integration by using the variable parameter state space model.According to the analysis results,the following five conclusions are drawn.1.The integrated development of the two industries presents a synchronous and coordinated development model,which basically reaches the moderate coordinated development level,but the overall integration is still a low-level integration with structural imbalance.In terms of coordination of integration,the degree of coupling coordination between the two industries has gradually increased,reaching a medium level development,especially between knowledge intensive producer services and medium technology intensive manufacturing.In terms of the interaction of integration,the level of interaction of these two industries is low,and the industrial development mainly depends on its own leading role.In terms of the relevance of integration,the integration of the two industries is mainly manifested in the integration of traditional producer services and manufacturing,while the support of modern producer services for high-tech manufacturing and the traditional manufacturing still need to be further strengthened.At the same time,high-tech manufacturing industry can not provide support for the high-end development of modern producer services.2.The integration of the two industries is the order parameter,which play an important role in determining the change of the industrial composite system.The integration of the two industries has a positive impact on promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,but the change of the two industrial structures has not produced a positive feedback mechanism of increasing integration.At the same time,there is a negative feedback mechanism of increasing order in the industrial structure.The low degree of industrial structure optimization leads to the insufficient integration of the two industries,which can not effectively play its synergetic innovation role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.3.The synergy degree between the integration of the two industries and the change of industrial structure is low,and the system has not form a good synergetic development effect.During the research period,the synergy degree of the two industrial composite systems fluctuated up and down,and the overall synergy degree of the system was not high.The synergy degree began to increase until 2017.The synergy degree of producer service composite system is lower than that of manufacturing industry,which indicating that the contradiction of industrial structure is the main reason why the system can not develop harmoniously.4.The development trend of "servitization","high technicalization" and "informatization" is not obvious under the integration of manufacturing and producer services.During the inspection period,the relationship between the integration of the two industries and the change of industrial structure has changed from negative to positive,but it has changed to negative by 2018.About high technicalization,the relationship shows the opposite trend,and about informatization,the relationship also changed from negative to positive,which shows that the change of the two industrial structures and the integration of the two industries have not formed a good trend of synergetic development.5.The actual growth rate of the two industrial structures deviates from the expectation,and the speed of industrial structure change does not match the growth rate of total output,which resulting in structural imbalance.The imbalance index of producer services fluctuates firstly and then increases,while the imbalance index of manufacturing keeps stable after a large fluctuation.Based on the contribution rate of the change of industrial final output structure,the manufacturing structure development is inconsistent with the economic development,which restricts the development of economy.The evolution speed of producer services structure and the direction of economic development speed have changed from negative to positive,but the matching degree is not high,and the development potential is still great.Furthermore,the imbalance of the two industrial structures has a negative influence on the synergetic and integrated development.The innovation of this thesis is summarized in the following three aspects.1.Different from the previous single integrated perspective,this paper discussing the relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry from integrated and synergetic perspective.2.In terms of research methods,the contribution rate of final output structure change is computed by Constructing the final output structure decomposition model to measure the imbalance of the industrial structure from a new perspective.3.Based on the perspective of structural imbalance,breaking through the limitations of static research,the measurement method of dynamic co-integration relationship is introduced to measure the influence of the two industrial structural imbalances on their integration.
