At present,the world economy is complex,opportunities and challenges coexist.There is no doubt that the recent U.S.trade sanctions on China restricts the development of Chinese enterprises from the aspects of the external environment.Faced with such situation,timely changing the internal environment of enterprises,such as reasonable adjustment of enterprise organizational structure or optimization of enterprise performance management system,has become necessary measures for Chinese enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and adaptability and to achieve a good development.Optimizing the performance management system is an important guarantee for enterprises to improve and achieve strategic goals.Nowadays,with the rapid development of economic society,the performance management of employees in enterprises is not only limited to managers and technicians,but also the performance management of grass-roots employees has received more and more attention.Z company is a subsidiary of a central enterprise,mainly engaged in textile testing business.From the analysis of economic structure,the main business of Z company is in perfect competition market.According to the investigation on Z company,the grass-roots employees of Z company account for the 70% of the total employees,also are the key group of the company's performance management.Therefore,optimizing the performance management scheme of grass-roots employees is the great significance for the long-term development of Z company.Based on performance management theory,this paper uses methods such as on-site inspection to gain a deeper understanding of the current status of company Z employee performance management,and uses questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze company employee satisfaction.Problems such as incomplete management system,incomplete process,and doubts about the fairness of performance evaluation.Then based on the employee performance incentive theory,from the aspects of improving performance management links and other aspects,Z company's grassroots employees' performance management optimization countermeasures and specific safeguards are proposed.The thesis research is to optimize the performance management of the company's grassroots employees,change its status quo,and produce incentive effects for the work of the grassroots employees.At the same time,I also hope to provide some ideas for the performance management of grassroots employees of other companies of the same type.
