Research On Agriculture Socialized Service System Serving Small-scale Farmers In Hubei Province

In the process of the development of agricultural modernization,with the development of agricultural productivity,the large-scale advancement of land circulation,the implementation of the policy of "separation of division",new business entities such as large-scale farmers,family farms,and farmer cooperatives have grown stronger,but In the long run,China is still a country with small-scale farmers as the main business entity.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to realize the organic connection between small-scale farmers and modern agriculture,and the agricultural socialization service system is an important support for small-scale farmers to achieve agricultural modernization.At present,the agricultural socialization service system is mainly centered on large-scale farmers,and the services for small-scale farmers are very less,small-scale farmers can not achieve agricultural modernization only by relying on their traditional production and cultivation methods.On this basis,it is necessary to support the construction of a socialized service system for small-scale farmers.The improvement of the agricultural socialized service system is crucial for the integration of small-scale farmers into modern agriculture.This paper takes 8 villages in Hubei province as samples,from the perspective of small-scale farmers and supply subjects,using literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and other methods to analyze the demand and supply status of agricultural socialization services,describing the basic situation of small-scale farmers and the satisfaction of the accepted agricultural socialization service system,and introducing the relevant situation of the main body of the service,and exploring the problems faced by the Hubei agricultural socialization service system when serving small-scale farmers.At present,the agricultural socialized service system in Hubei Province has been continuously improved,showing the trend of systematization of service content,diversification of service subjects and socialization of services.However,there are still some problems in the service of small-scale farmers.The services provided by the service providers do not match the needs of small-scale farmers and cannot meet the needs of small-scale farmers.Therefore,based on the analysis results of small-scale farmers and agricultural social service providers,and the main problems reflected by this,combining with the provincial conditions of Hubei province,from the two aspects of agricultural socialized service system and small-scale farmers,the suggestions for improving the agricultural socialization service system of Hubei province are given,so as to better serve small-scale farmers and realize the organic farming of small-scale farmers and modern agriculture in Hubei Province.
