The issue of farmers has always been a key issue in rural work.With a large number of young and middle-aged people working in cities,the problem of rural hollowing is very serious.At present,there are many elderly farmers in the countryside,and there are few people in the agricultural production,which cannot meet the requirements of developing modern agriculture.The emergence of the concept of a new type of professional farmer in 2012,"new type of professional farmer",shows that farmers are no longer identity farmers,but become a career choice,which will effectively promote the development of modern agriculture.In recent years,as the process of urbanization has accelerated,many rural laborers in Qiqihar have entered the city,and most of the rural agricultural workers are elderly and left-behind women,which has caused the rural labor force structure to become unbalanced.Low quality also restricts the development of agricultural modernization.Therefore,vigorously developing new-type professional farmers and solving the problem of who will grow the land and who will grow the land are urgent requirements for promoting the development of Qiqihar's modern agriculture.In order to increase the enthusiasm of farmers in Qiqihar City to participate in the training of new professional farmers,and provide the government with reference data and theoretical basis for the training of new professional farmers,so that the government and relevant departments can promote the training of new professional farmers according to local conditions..The article takes farmers in Qiqihar as the research object,studies the status of their participation in training,finds out the influencing factors of farmers 'participation in training,and enhances farmers' willingness to participate in training.Based on the relevant concepts and relevant basic theories,the method of literature research,interviews and questionnaires was used to collect the data of the papers,and from the basic situation of agricultural development in Qiqihar City,the implementation of new professional farmer training and the analysis of the new Qiqihar City were analyzed.Current status of professional farmer training.According to literature reading and field research,from the aspects of farmers' individual characteristics,family characteristics,training cognitive factors,and training willingness factors,it is assumed that the factors that may affect the training willingness of new professional farmers.Using binary Logsitic regression analysis method,the final determination of gender,age,education,number ofpeople engaged in agriculture within the family,understanding of training,training experience,training time,training location,training cost commitment method,training method trainer type,etc.are Factors affecting farmers' willingness to participate in the training of new professional farmers.Based on the analysis results obtained,further corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are included: from strengthening farmers' vocational skills education,strengthening the support of farmers 'training policies,improving the new type of professional farmers training system,from strengthening farmers' agricultural technology training,and strengthening farmers 'management skills The seven aspects of training,increasing training policy publicity,improving training policy support,innovating training methods,strengthening the construction of training faculty,and continuously enriching the training content put forward corresponding suggestions.
