Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the development of rural industry has become more and more concerned as a new growth point of China’s economic development. With the development of rural industry, some problems have gradually emerged in the development process. Therefore, how to more effectively coordinate and coordinate the development of rural industries It is a major issue that needs to be addressed at this stage. To solve this problem, financial participation is indispensable. It is not only a powerful boost, but also an essential element in the integration of agriculture, agriculture, industry, and industry.Based on this, this paper attempts to sort out the inherent logical relationship between financial support and the development of China’s rural industry.Through theoretical and empirical analysis,it analyzes the current financial support for the development of agricultural industry in China. This attempt is more targeted for the next step. Therefore, the development of rural industries has a certain reference value. This paper systematically sorts out the relevant research results of financial support and rural industrial development at home and abroad, and proposes that the development of rural industry in China requires large-scale financial support, and the development of rural industry lacks financial support. The financial support for the development of rural industries mainly comes from two aspects:one is the government’s financial input;the other is the financial institution loans in the market.Based on the perspective of government and market relations, this study uses econometric methods to study the impact of finance in the eastern and central and western regions of China on the development of rural industries in China.Drawing on the research methods and research results of other scholars, this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the relationship between financial support and the development of rural industry in China. The article qualitatively analyzes the government’s financial investment, the financial scale of market financial institutions, and the status quo of rural industrial development. On this basis, quantitative regression analysis was carried out using data from 31 provinces and cities nationwide in 2010-2017.In addition to examining the full sample, the paper also divided the country into the eastern, central, western and northeast regions for further investigation. The differential impact of the scale of financial support on the development of China’s rural industry. The empirical results show that:(1)For the whole sample, financial support has a positive impact on various industries in rural areas, and at least at a significant level of 5%,while financial support has the least effect on the output value of the primary industry in rural areas. The promotion of the tertiary industry is the highest, and the interaction between the government’s financial input and financial support is significantly at least 5%significant,indicating that the government’s financial input as a "introduction" fund can indeed attract more financial support.Thereby,it will have a greater role in promoting the development of various industries in rural areas.(2)In terms of regions, the promotion of financial support in the eastern region has gradually increased in the promotion of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries. The financial support of the central region has little effect on the promotion of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and has not shown the same to the eastern region. With obvious increasing effect, financial support in the western region has the greatest promotion effect on the development of rural industries.Financial support in the northeast region has the weakest promotion effect on rural industrial development, and the level of significance is far lower than other regions. However, the sub-regional regression shows that the interaction between government financial input and financial support is significant at least 5%significance level. Finally, based on the empirical results, some suggestions on promoting the development of rural industry in China from the perspective of financial support are put forward.
