With the development of information technology and economic globalization,companies have increasingly demand of employees' quality and technological skills.Knowledge workers are talented people who can grasp and use the information they need.It is a key to companys' sustainable and healthy development.With the development of economy,they pay more and more attention to their own career growth,and career growth is an important sign that they evaluate whether their values are reflected.When their career growth cannot be satisfied,career mobility will occur,and a better platform will be chosen to realize their own value.Frequent flow of talents will lead to the breakdown of the human resources allocation of the enterprise and even affect the normal operation of the enterprise.Therefore,no matter what kind of organization is very concerned about the career growth of employees,it is more important for organizations to grasp what factors can influence the career growth of knowledge workers.Existing research has shown that the different environments in which employees work have an impact on their career growth.This environment may be related to leaders,colleagues,or other factors.Leaders have a certain amount of resources to allocate their rights,so their traits have a more significant impact on the career growth of knowledge workers.Humble leadership is a new concept that has emerged in recent years.Its influence on the career growth of knowledge workers has yet to be determined.This study takes humble leadership as the independent variable,knowledge workers' career growth as the dependent variable,explores the relationship between them,and selects feedback seeking behavior as the intermediary variable.First,this study reviewed and collated the relevant variables,and then constructed a theoretical model between humble leadership,feedback seeking behavior,and career growth of knowledge workers,and put forward relevant hypotheses,based on a scale with higher recognition.Prepare a questionnaire.Based on the 328 valid questionnaires retrieved from multiple regions for descriptive analysis and analysis of variance,the study was conducted to determine whether the sample structure was reasonable and whether the variables were significantly different in the demographic variables.Then reliability and validity analysis were used to verify whether the questionnaire design was reasonable and whether the questionnaire content was accurate.Then the correlation analysis was used to test whether there was a significant relationship among the three variables.Finally,use regression analysis of the humble leaders on feedback seeking behavior and the career growth of the knowledge workers,and to judge whether the feedback seeking behavior plays an intermediary role between the humble leader and the knowledge worker's career growth.After analysis,this paper finds that:Humble leadership and knowledge workers' career growth and its four dimensions(professional goal progress,professional competence development,promotion speed and salary growth rate)are significantly positively correlated;humble leadership on employees' feedback seeking behavior and Its two dimensions(informative feedback and observational feedback)have a catalytic effect;feedback seeking behaviors are conducive to the career growth of knowledge workers;and inquiry-based feedback and observational feedback have a promoting effect four for the four dimensions of knowledge workers' career growth.Feedback seeking behavior and its two dimensions play a partial intermediary role between the humble leadership and knowledge workers' career growth.Based on the above findings,it was found that the organization can promote the career growth of knowledge workers from the perspectives of hiring humble leadership,inspiring leadership humility,multi-channel promotion of feedback seeking behavior,and providing flexible work patterns.At the same time,it pointed out that the lack of research and pointed out the direction for subsequent research.
