Supply chain finance is an innovative product and service project launched by financial institutions.With the strong promotion of supply chain finance by the state and the growing demand of business participants,there is a huge development space in the supply chain financial market,which has become the key strategic direction and main growth point of the business transformation and development of major commercial banks in China.Therefore,to strengthen the research on the supply chain finance of commercial banks is not only in line with the guidance of national policies,but also in line with the strategic choice of customer-centered to enhance the core competitiveness of commercial banks.After years of development,China's commercial banks' practice of carrying out supply chain financial business has achieved remarkable results,but it has not been widely promoted and applied,and the market development is obviously insufficient.There are many problems that need to be solved in the development of supply chain financial business of commercial banks,and the domestic related research results are relatively limited.Therefore,based on the author's work experience,this paper uses literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis and other methods and theories to study and analyze the supply chain financing business of G Bank Z Branch.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain financing business of G Bank Z Branch,secondly,points out the main problems faced by its supply chain financial business,such as weak customer base,insufficient product competitiveness,limited risk control level and low approval efficiency,analyzes the causes of low level of supply chain financial information,low level of staff professionalism and enthusiasm,finally,from the perspective of The specific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the supply chain financial business of G Bank Z Branch are put forward in the aspects of adjusting the supply chain marketing strategy,strengthening product promotion and innovation,improving the comprehensive risk control ability of supply chain finance,promoting the construction of science and technology finance,strengthening the training of professional talents,and establishing a reasonable incentive and assessment mechanism.The main purpose of this study is to provide theoretical reference for the development of supply chain business of G Bank Z Branch,and also hope to play a certain reference and inspiration role for more commercial banks in China to carry out supply chain financial business.
