relevant laws,to continuously improve the quality and safety of agricultural products of regulatory policy,but it is still frequent,fruit and vegetable quality and safety of agricultural products event "single" the administrative regulation of the co-action.The central document no.1 in 2020 once again calls for strengthening supervision over the quality and food safety of agricultural products throughout the whole process,and establishing a sound traceability system to ensure people’s "tongue in mouth safety".By building and promoting the traceability system of supply chain of fruits,vegetables and agricultural products based on block chain + Internet of things,we can not only improve the efficiency of supervision,but also help consumers rebuild their confidence in purchasing high-quality branded agricultural products,and promote the transformation,upgrading and high-quality development of agriculture.Through literature review,expert interviews and field research,this paper expounds the main problems existing in the supervision of the supply chain of fruits,vegetables and agricultural products.The traditional supervision of fruits,vegetables and agricultural products is inefficient,and there are quality and safety risks in every link of the supply chain of fruits and vegetables.Therefore,it is difficult to conduct supervision,and it is also difficult to realize the traceability of fruits,vegetables and agricultural products.The application of agricultural Internet of things can play an important role in every link of the supply chain,improve the supervision efficiency of fruits,vegetables and agricultural products,ensure the quality and safety of fruits,vegetables and agricultural products,and provide traceability of fruits,vegetables and agricultural products.However,some problems still exist in the supervision of the Internet of things,such as the data under the Internet of things can be tampered,and the information is easy to form a data island.However,the block chain technology has the characteristics of data transparency and non-tampering and technical advantages,which makes up for the defects and deficiencies of the agricultural Internet of things and provides a reliable guarantee for the storage and traceability of agricultural Internet of things data.On the analysis of the status of block chain and the Internet of things at home and abroad on the basis of,according to the problems existing in the supervision of,is proposed based on block chain + Internet of fruit and vegetable supply chain traceability system,the real solutionto the problem of the regulation of fruit and vegetable supply chain of agricultural products,and how to construct the block chain + Internet of things based on the main factors affecting fruit and vegetable supply chain of agricultural products traceability system for in-depth analysis,selection of some fruits and vegetables in shandong agricultural enterprises as the research object,based on the investigation data,the fruit and vegetable products using Logistic model empirical analysis on the fruit and vegetable farm enterprises build block chain + Internet of things of the will of the traceability system factors;Simulation analysis is carried out by using HMM model,and 126 production enterprises are taken as cases to study the formation process and main influencing factors of decision intention of enterprise investment traceability system.Simulation analysis shows that the corporate investment based on block chain + Internet of fruit and vegetable farm produce traceability system of decision-making will show significant differences,but also clearly expressed the psychological activity of the enterprise investment decision will,even if the enterprise has a strong investment decisions will,before and after the will of the strong will also have a very weak state,and people’s decision-making characteristics are very similar.It also confirms that investment decisions are not a constant yes or no,but an ever-changing process.The research shows that: capital subsidy,expected revenue,whether the product is exported,quality certification,the recognition of block chain + Internet of things traceability system,and the degree of vertical integration have a significant impact on the willingness of enterprises to invest in the supply chain traceability system of fruits,vegetables and agricultural products based on block chain + Internet of things.Among them,the expected revenue,whether the products are exported,the recognition of the traceability system of blockchain + Internet of things,financial subsidies,and the degree of vertical integration are the most important influencing factors for the investment in the traceability system of fruits,vegetables and agricultural products based on blockchain + Internet of things.Quality certification is not the main factor affecting the investment decision intention of enterprises.Finally,the case analysis method is used to analyze the application of jingdong farm traceability system,the path optimization of supply chain traceability system and the system guarantee of effective operation of traceability system are proposed,and the conclusions and Suggestions are put forward. |
