However, as the sustainable development of fruit and vegetable agricultural products, the problem that fruit and vegetable logistics is relatively backward is increasingly evident. Backward agricultural logistics can not r famous, excellent and especialfruits and vegetables are sent to consumers timely, efficiently, low cost and high-quality.And this results that most of the fruit and vegetable products can not be achieved "smooth flow of goods" and "the concept of value", and farmers can not continue to revenue. Therefore, it is a very practical and worthy problem that optimizing thelogistics modes of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in our province to resolve currency problems, to increase farmers'income, and to make fruit and vegetable products of Shandong Province flow smoothly to the nationwide and the world.At first, this paper reviews the theory research of agricultural products logistics, defines the conception of fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics, intruduces the typical fruit and vegetable logistics modes in some developed countries and analyzes the current modes and problems of them. Then based on these analysis, optimize fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics modes of Shandong by referencing the experience of fruit and vegetable logistics modes in eveloped countries and using appropriate research methods, and also put forward as the logistics mode that the logistics center is dominant. Finally, combining the present situation in Shandong province, give a series of measures for the optimized logistics mode to make it operate effectively.
