With the rapid development of China's financial industry,the competition between state-owned commercial banks and other financial institutions is becoming more and more fierce,and the management mode of state-owned commercial banks is facing great challenges.Dongying branch of state-owned j bank is a state-owned commercial bank located in Dongying city,Shandong province.After nearly ten years' development,the bank has developed to a large scale,but as a municipal branch of a state-owned commercial bank,it is faced with a serious problem of staff turnover,which has a great impact on the development of the bank.On the basis of consulting relevant literature and combining with the original data provided by the human resources management department of state-owned J bank dongying branch,the author analyzes the current situation of staff turnover in this bank from the perspectives of gender,age and post type,it is pointed out that the loss of staff has a negative impact on the development of the Dongying branch of state-owned J bank,such as increasing the cost of enterprise management,affecting team morale,business loss,affecting public praise,etc.Combined with the Price-Mueller 2000 staff turnover model,in the empirical investigation,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of 94 employees in the Dongying branch of state-owned J bank.The main part of the questionnaire has three dimensions,respectively is the satisfaction of the job itself,the satisfaction of the salary,the satisfaction of the company management.The collected data were analyzed by means of data analysis and single factor analysis.Through the mean value analysis,found that promotion channels,pay,unit training and other three aspects will affect employee satisfaction;Through the single factor analysis,it is found that the level of satisfaction to the Dongying branch of bank J varies significantly.At the same time,the author selected 9 representative employees among the departing employees to conduct an interview survey on the reasons for their departure,it is concluded that J bank Dongying branch staff turnover is affected by excessive work pressure,unsatisfactory salary,narrow promotion channel,lack of internal communication system and so on.Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,this paper analyzes the causes of staff turnover in the Dongying branch of state-owned J bank,including: the promotion channel is not unimpeded,the salary competitiveness is not strong,the training is not reasonable,the work pressure is too big as well as the internal rotation system is deficient.According to the results of the empirical study,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to widen the promotion channels,enhance the salary level,strengthen the staff training management,ease the work pressure of the staff,and establish the internal rotation system of mobility.By paying more attention to the problem of personnel loss in state-owned commercial banks,objectively grasping the current situation of personnel loss in the Dongying branch of state-owned J bank,the influencing factors and the main existing causes,and putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions to control and reduce personnel loss,it plays an important role in strengthening the personnel management of state-owned commercial banks and ensuring the steady operation of banks.
