In recent years, there have been many incidents of sudden disruption of logistics facilities in the supply chain. How to maintain the effective operation of the supply chain under the risk of interruption has caused widespread concern. The configuration of logistics facilities is of great strategic significance in supply chain management, and completed facilities generally cannot be changed in the short term.Considering facility disruption at the supply chain design stage is one of the means to design a reasonable supply chain network and effectively mitigate the adverse effects of disruption. For a supply chain system that includes manufacturers, distribution centers, and retail stores, this paper studies the joint optimization of supply chain location-inventory considering the disruption of two-level facilities of manufacturers and distribution centers.First, clarify the research content of this article.By searching domestic and foreign research literature, analyzing the research status of location and inventory-location issues in the context of facility disruption, summarizing the theory of location, inventory strategy and hybrid genetic algorithm, the research content of this paper is determined.Second,a supply chain location-inventory optimization model that considers two-level facility disruption is established.Considering the interruption of the two-level facilities of the manufacturer and the distribution center,a hybrid integer programming model is established with the goal of minimizing the sum of inventory costs, location costs, and transportation costs. In the modeling process, variable location costs related to storage capacity is introduced, making the model closer to reality. Then,a hybrid genetic algorithm is designed to solve it.The joint location-inventory optimization problem that considers two-level facility disruption is an integration of two interconnected nonlinear combinatorial optimization problems, and the model has multi-dimensional and 0-1 nonlinear mixed integer characteristics. Therefore,a hybrid genetic algorithm(HGA)is designed to solve the problem. The algorithm embeds the proposed cost-rating heuristic algorithm(CRHA)and the difference-exchange heuristic algorithm(DEHA).The distribution center location results are obtained through the genetic algorithm framework.Based on the results of the established location results, the initial assignment plan for each level of each facility is obtained through CRHA,and the initial assignment plan is improved through DEHA.Finally,a numerical example is constructed to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. The results of case studies show that the supply chain considering the disruption of two-level facilities performs better when facing risks; The total system cost and location results are sensitive to the disruption probability of facilities at different levels.According to the results of the example, the system assignment and inventory decision-making schemes in different disruption situations can be predicted, providing effective decision-making reference for related enterprises.
