Under the new social and economic conditions,Competition in the construction engineering market is intensifying,The construction industry is also reforming,Under the impact of economic conditions and industry reform,the traditional project management model has not fully adapted to the changing market environment,The application of supply chain theory in construction projects improves the efficiency of project,and also provides an effective way to improve the performance of project management,Inventory management of engineering affect project schedule and cost,and especially the multistage inventory control can effectively reduce the engineering cost and improve the economic benefit so as to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Engineering project implementation uncertainty led to the material requirements and order of uncertainty,so the material demand and the multi-level inventory optimization for orders under uncertainty management has very important theory meaning and realistic meaning.In the light of the joint project in multi-stage supply chain inventory optimization study,through the combing and analysis of the previous research,first of all engineering materials based on the needs of the characteristics of discontinuity,and built a considering material demand and order uncertainty of engineering material level 3 inventory optimization model,the main innovation points of this model is to consider the material manufacturers,distributors and inventory cost of the construction contractor,in the early period of the construction contractor and demand for the random variable conditions,built a consists of material manufacturers,distributors and construction contractor model of three-stage supply chain inventory system in a three-stage supply chain inventory system with target of minimizing the total cost per unit time consider expected service level as the constraint conditions at the same time.Then,based on the genetic algorithm,the algorithm for solving the optimization model is designed,and the computational flow of the model is given.Finally,the feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm are verified by the calculation and analysis of the selected engineering examples.
