Under the background of globalization and management collectivization. Inventory control is not only the important activities in supply chain management, but also plays an important role in the corporation of supply chain, the problem of inventory control is more seriously. With the development of our economy and the improvement of information technology. Although the study on supply chain inventory and inventory control has been deeply, inventory control issues are facing new challenges. Supply chain management has a higher demand to inventory control. The paper has studied the multi-location inventory which based on the problem of inventory. The paper based on the supply chain management theory of knowledge and inventory control the relevant methods. In accordance with common inventory control model, distributed systems and operating characteristics of multi-location inventory, and built the model of multi-location inventory. To solve the model, a genetic algorithms and simulated annealing which had global search capability of genetic algorithms and local search capability of simulated annealing to solute the model of multi-location inventory in ordering and transferring was used. The paper used inventory control strategy of (R,Q), with the power supplier supplies and customer service, to guarantee to be a customer service level in terms of price discounts, and make the cost of multi-location inventory to solute the Safety inventory and the order point. The paper compared the order point with the initial inventory to choose ordering or transferring, and used genetic algorithms and simulated annealing to get the order quantity or transfer quantity. In the end of the paper, the case study to validate the proposed model and genetic algorithms and simulated annealing are effective and reasonable.
