With China's economic system reform,the rapid formation of the world economic integration.We are also working to reform the authorized operation system of state capital,accelerate the optimization of the distribution of the state economy,structural adjustment and strategic restructuring,and promote the preservation and appreciation of state assets.In this environment,the trend of state-owned enterprises gradually towards collectivization is more obvious.Enterprise groups need to adopt their own financial management system to combat external competitive pressure.Start-up state-owned enterprise group organization framework is seen wide management out of control,subsidiary fragmented,weak financial control,budget management is not sound,the cash flow in dispersion,imperfect information,financial indicators data feedback in a timely manner,and many other problems,now should be targeted to solve these problems,the implementation of financial centralized management of startup type of state-owned enterprise group is one of the essential way.It is conducive to ensuring the coordination of the group's internal financial objectives,and greatly reduces the "insider control phenomenon" of the internal member units.It is conducive to the adjustment of the investment direction,so that it can focus on the strategic direction adjustment;It is conducive to the establishment of the "overall concept of interests" and the maximization of the overall interests of the company.This paper is divided into eight parts.In the city of local government holding firm GT enterprise group as an example,analyzes the present situation of the financial management mode,and evaluate its deficiency,for lack of improvement,the first part,mainly introduced the thesis research background and significance,analyzes the domestic and foreign enterprise group development history and background of the development of economy in our country state-owned enterprise group company.The second part introduces the theory of financial management of enterprise groups and the basic concept of financial management of start-up enterprise groups,as well as the meaning,characteristics and modes of enterprise financial management.The third part mainly introduces GT enterprise group profile,organizational framework,job responsibilities and financial management mode.This paper expounds the present situation of GT enterprise group model and analyzes it.The fourth part mainly introduces the problems existing in the current financial management of GT enterprise group.This paper expounds the problems existing in the current financial management of GT enterprise group from five aspects.The fifth part mainly introduces the necessity and feasibility of the financial centralized management mode of GT enterprise group.The sixth part,the research on the construction of the financial centralized management mode of GT enterprise group,the seventh part,introduces the safeguard measures of the financial centralized management mode of G.The eighth part summarizes the research content of the paper,the problems of financial management,and the necessity of the research on the construction of financial concentration mode.the process of market-oriented reform has made Chinese economy change a lot.However,while China's economy is growing,economic disparity between regions is enlarged.Different regions have implemented local policies,which do damage to market integration and economic cooperation between regions.Therefore,the state puts forward the integrated regional development.Mid-China's Rising was directed by this guide line.And it is becoming the state's strategy.
