With the continuous integration of the world economy and the continuous deepening of reform and opening up in China,competition in the banking industry includes not only the entry of foreign banks,but also the establishment of private banks and the impact of online finance.Market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The competition between banks has evolved from product competition to market competition.The essence of market competition in the financial sector has become more and more clear as the competition of human resources.Bank of China,as one of the most important banks in the world,has a history of more than 100 years.Although Bank of China X Branch has undergone many years of reform and has made many improvements in human resources assessment,there are still many shortcomings.This article focuses on the questionnaire survey of the human resources assessment mechanism of Bank of China X Branchy explains the problems existing in the assessment,and proposes a corresponding human resources assessment optimization plan based on this.At present,the problems in the human resources evaluation of Bank of China X Branch mainly include the lack of performance of the evaluation system,the lack of performance evaluation methods,the unreasonable setting of evaluation indicators,and the asynchronous synchronization of salary and evaluation.Staff participation is not high,assessment indicators are unclear and unfixed,and assessment results lack effective feedback.In the optimization plan,the main contents including the optimization of the evaluation index system,the introduction of the balanced scorecard evaluation method,the strengthening of the evaluation force,and the timely feedback of the evaluation results,and the establishment of a performance management office and a series of fair,just,and open security systems.It is hoped that the optimization scheme proposed in this paper can effectively help improve the human resources assessment effect of Bank of China X branch and improve the efficiency of human resources management.It can also be applied to other state-owned banks and can become a current commercial bank's second-level branch.
