With the increasing competition in the global financial industry and the rapid development of various Internet finance,customer demands for financial services are getting higher and higher.Under the constant impact of third-party payment online banking and mobile banking,commercial bank's "entity store" business outlets as the first platform directly facing customers are still business,even though they have been impacted to a certain extent.The bank sells the amount of products,displays the brand image,and provides the most basic and important channel of financial services for the majority of customers.Scientific and rational construction of performance appraisal management system of commercial banks business outlets is the key to realize the optimal allocation of network resources,exert team effectiveness,enhance management performance and market share,and then guarantee the achievement of strategic objectives.This dissertation takes the business outlets of N City Commercial Bank as the research object,analyses and summarizes the mature performance management concepts at home and abroad,and analyses and summarizes the current situation of performance appraisal management of N City Commercial Bank's existing business outlets.The balanced scorecard method is used to set up four dimensions of performance appraisal indicators based on the vision of the overall organizational strategy development of N City Commercial Bank,the combination of operation and development practice,the key performance indicators method and the analytic hierarchy process is used to scientifically and reasonably allocate the weight of performance indicators,so as to improve the operability of performance management scheme.Sex,including the overall network,network director,lobby manager,financial manager,and comprehensive teller five assessment system.Finally,according to the results of the application of the new performance plan,this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on the safeguard measures,which has a certain reference significance for the development of performance appraisal management in the business outlets of N City Commercial Bank.
