| With economic development, the size of enterprises is larger and larger, the traditional human resource management model does not apply to modern business practice. Facing with this background, companies need to tackle the enterprise's human resource with reasonable diagnosis and, objective analysis. As a result, research on diagnosing problems of human resource becomes one of hot researches among experts and scholars Although the research brought rich results, most of them aimed at the enterprise's human resource planning process.it goes short of research on the index system of human resource.This article diagnosed and analyzed each module of HRM in four dimensions which are client value, inner operation flow, HR potential and HR financing in detail after deeply analyzing the flow model of HRM diagnosis from the Balanced Scorecard theory and then established a set of HRM diagnosis system to meet the need of practical operation. Finally, Taking the HRM of A company as a research object, the article applied the index system designed in the paper above to the company's case analysis and designed a set of HRM scheme which accorded with enterprise's operation.The innovation of this paper is applying the principle of the Balanced Scorecard to the diagnosis flow of HRM and establishing of diagnosis index system. Through this HRM can achieve strategic significance and status in enterprise management.The writer hope the research in this paper can enrich the Balanced Scorecard theory's application to HRM diagnosis and help enterprise to establish reasonable HR diagnosis scheme. |
