The Government Investment Project Risk Analysis

Due to the different sources of funds,the projects can be divided into two categories,namely,government investment projects and non-government investment projects.At present,in the actual development of our country,it is undeniable that the contribution of government investment to China's economic development has become an important guarantee for economic development.Considering the structure of government investment project itself,that is,the government as the main body,government finance as a reliable source of funds,will provide guarantee to the smooth progress of the whole project and further allocate the resources in a direct manner.This kind of investment occupies a dominant position in the overall share of the investment of fixed assets.At the same time,the social impact of government investment projects cannot be ignored.Generally speaking,the investment amount of government investment and construction projects is huge,the projects involved larger,the construction period longer and the impact on society wide;so when the risks are higher,the need for professionalism arestronger and the consideration of the whole project needs more comprehensive.so the successful completion of the project to achieve the desired benefits is of essential impact on society.During the operating process of the project,each decision is of great importance.The usage of reasonable programs and the right decisionswill create a more convenient and suitable living environment and bring great social benefits for the public to a certain extent.however,if decisions lack of scientific nature,overall arrangement of the project is poor,and the risks are not fully considered,it is bound to adopt the wrong proposal which will pose financial pressure on the government,rather than profitable economic benefits.Sometimes,it may even destroy our ecological environment.Therefore,the government investment projects must pay great attention to the risk management of this work,which is an inevitable process,a significant process.In this thesis,based on the theory of risk control system of government investment project conducted the experts at home and abroad,theoretical analysis and case study of risk management of government investment projects,projects to transform the old district water supply pipe network management directly under a prefecture level city housing and Urban Construction Bureau as a case,using work breakdown structure method,weight the fuzzy weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify and assess the risk of the case.This thesis attempts to innovate the risk management of government investment projects both in theory and in practice,so as to provide a useful reference for further improving the risk management of government investment projects in china.
