The cross-border e-commerce industry is developing rapidly in China, which is gradually becoming a new driving force for industrial transformation and upgrading and the growth of import and export trade. However, due to its short development time, there are still major problems in the timeliness of cross-border logistics and transportation, the security of cross-border payment, and the convenience of regulatory taxation. The industrial development shows a state of backward service level and unbalanced development degree. The coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce industry has become an important direction to solve the current difficulties and promote prosperity and development. This thesis takes the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem as the research object, analyzes the influencing factors and collaborative evolution mode of its collaborative development, and explores the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce industry.First, based on the theory of business ecosystem and synergetics, this thesis defines the connotation, composition and internal structure of cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, and deeply analyzes the interaction among population, population and environment, which affectes the process of collaborative development. These lays a theoretical foundation for the following studies.Secondly,it establishes the evaluation index system of population synergy degree, and builds the composite system synergy degree model to evaluate the synergy degree of core population and service population, population and environment. And it explores the current situation of collaborative development among populations, population and environment in the current stage of ecosystem, and provides reference ideas for the construction of subsequent collaborative evolution model and the calculation of synergy degree.Thirdly, according to the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce industry development and the theory of collaborative evolution, two models of collaborativeevolution,self-organization of population interaction and other organizations under the role of government are proposed. The improved Lotka Volterra model is used to analyze the process of collaborative evolution, and MATLAB is used to simulate and verify the correctness of the model. Finally, according to the research content, the thesis provides countermeasures and suggestions for the collaborative evolution of cross-border e-commerce ecosystem from two levels of government departments and cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The results show that:(1)within the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in China, the degree of collaborative development among various groups, populations and environment is not high, but the overall trend is continuously increasing;(2)by enhancing the population attribute effect and population synergy, and then enhancing the interaction of multiple groups within the ecosystem,it is helpful to improve the upper limit of population size and population growth rate, and promote the collaborative evolution of cross-border e-commerce ecosystem;(3)within the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem,we should focus on the core advantages of the cross-border e-commerce platform population, rely on the cross-border e-commerce platform, and promote the business capacity and service level of each service population;(4)as an external environmental factor, the government should guide and support various groups in a certain direction, enhance the interaction with various groups, and improve the development environment of cross-border e-commerce,which is an important way for the collaborative evolution of cross-border e-commerce ecosystem..
