Research On Collaborative Mechanism Of Cross-Border Alliance Innovation Ecosystem

In order to adapt to and lead the new normal of economic development,the country vigorously promotes the "Internet +" strategy to promote the integrated development of the Internet and other fields.Cross-border innovation has become a new growth point for the development of the national economy.All walks of life are constantly trying to leapfrog development.Facing the reality of the rapid integration and development of the new Internet economy,the Internet and traditional enterprises have formed a cross-border innovation and transformation and upgrading.The world alliance has become a trend.Cross-border alliances form a healthy cross-border alliance innovation ecosystem to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.It is also particularly important to use mutual collaboration among alliance members to accelerate the production of cross-border innovations.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the collaborative mechanism and builds a collaborative mechanism of the cross-border alliance innovation ecosystem,which can not only improve the innovation and competitiveness of the members of the cross-border alliance,but also point out the direction for the development of the cross-border alliance innovation ecosystem.This article takes cross-border alliance innovation ecosystem as the research object,first analyzes the research status of cross-border alliance,collaborative innovation,and innovation ecosystem.On this basis,it expounds the connotation,characteristics and organizational structure of cross-border alliance,and analyzes the cross-border innovation process and paradigm,and clarified the connotation,characteristics and composition of the cross-border alliance innovation ecosystem.Then it reveals the formation motivation and process of innovation ecosystem of cross-border alliance,and the evolution process and mechanism of the cross-border alliance innovation ecosystem were analyzed.Finally,a cross-border alliance innovation ecosystem collaborative mechanism including species collaborative,population symbiosis collaborative and community-environment coupling collaborative is designed and studied with the China Intelligent Networked Automotive Industry Innovation Alliance as an empirical object.The research on the collaborative mechanism of the cross-border alliance innovation ecosystem is conducive to enhancing the overall synergy effect of the alliance,promoting the evolution of the cross-border alliance innovation ecosystem to a high degree of synergy,and accelerating the production of cross-border innovation achievements.Entity enterprises provide a certain theoretical basis and practical guidance to build a cross-border alliance innovation ecosystem.
