Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Competitiveness Of Intelligent Manufacturing In Six Provinces Of Mid-China

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly.With the accelerated implementation of Made in China 2025,the domestic manufacturing industry has accelerated its development towards high-end and informatization,as well as intelligent upgrading and transformation.One of the key driving forces of domestic economic progress is smart manufacturing.There is currently a large amount of analysis devoted to the study of domestic smart manufacturing capabilities,while ignoring the heterogeneity in the region.There is not much relevant analysis for the post-tribal areas.One of the core areas of domestic industrial deployment is the central region,which plays a crucial role in promoting China's transformation from a manufacturing power to a intelligent manufacturing power.This article takes the intelligent manufacturing competitiveness of six provinces in the central region as the research object.It first introduces and summarizes the research status and overview of intelligent manufacturing abroad and domestically.At the same time,it explores the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.The basic principles of purpose and dynamics are used as the basis to establish an intelligent manufacturing competitiveness evaluation index mechanism;then starting from the evaluation method of intelligent manufacturing competitiveness,the evaluation model used in this article is elaborated,mainly introducing the selection principles and the ideas of relevant indicators in this article.And the article explained the meaning of each secondary indicator;then,it taking the intelligent manufacturing competitiveness of six provinces in central China as the evaluation object,as the same as,a comprehensive evaluation model of AHP-gray correlation analysis method was constructed,and this model was used to evaluate six provinces in the central region of China,and through the evaluation of evaluating the economic growth capabilities,technological innovation capabilities,integration of information and industrialization,resource conservation and green development capabilities of each province from 2011 to 2017,to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value of the intelligent manufacturing competitiveness of six provinces in the central region of China and the evaluation value of each secondary index;then,based on the current development of the central region,comparative analysis of the evaluation results of the evaluation model,comprehensive the evaluation of the competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing and the evaluation values of various secondary indicators.Firstly,it makes an overall analysis of the central region on the evaluation results of intelligent manufacturing competitiveness,and then conducts regional analysis on the provinces to obtain a more comprehensive analysis result.Finally,based on the evaluation results,this article gives suggestions on the improvement of the level of competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing in the central region of China.
