Corporate social responsibility is regarded as a voluntary act to contribute to social welfare.Based on the concept of sustainable development, enterprises should not only pay attention to economic benefits and operating results, but also pay attention to the impact on society and environment. The company shall be committed to improving the quality of life of its employees,as well as the welfare of their families, local communities and the whole society. With the acceleration of the process of global integration, corporate social responsibility has become a major issue of public concern, and is considered to be an important part of corporate strategy. There are more and more researches on corporate social responsibility, but most of them are from the perspective of Finance and customers, few of them are from the perspective of employees. In order to better understand the impact of corporate social responsibility on employees, this paper assumes that employees' positive perception of corporate social responsibility activities at the individual level has a negative impact on employees' deviant behavior, and the deviant behavior plays an intermediary role in this relationship. In order to verify this relationship, this paper uses the method of questionnaire to analyze the employees who implement corporate social responsibility activities at the company level.Based on the theory of social identity, this paper discusses the causal relationship between employees' perception of corporate social responsibility behavior and their deviant behavior, and the mechanism of reducing deviant behavior in this process. The results are as follows: firstly, employees' perception of corporate social responsibility activities has a negative impact on employees' deviant behavior.Second, employees' perception of corporate social responsibility activities has a negative impact on anomie behavior.Thirdly, anomie has a positive effect on employees' deviant behavior.Fourthly, anomie completely mediates the relationship between employees' perception of corporate social responsibility activities and their deviant behaviors. The results of this study also show that the methodological considerations for improving corporate social responsibility awareness at the corporate level should be explored more deeply. To help senior managers and middle-level managers realize that improving employees' positive understanding of corporate social responsibility activities should be the first task to reduce collective anomie under the pressure of goal realization and solve the moral conflict of employees.
