With the continuous progress of modern science and technology,Internet information technology has been fully integrated into our daily production and life.E-commerce benefits from the vigorous development of Internet information technology,and the scale of development is also expanding.It has changed people's traditional mode of thinking,work and life,brought great and significant economic benefits to the whole society,promoted the development of the whole society,and has great potential for future development.At the same time,some Internet companies seize the opportunity to expand services on the platform of e-commerce platform,and begin to cross border financial business,and "Internet+ finance" model has gradually been accepted by the market.This kind of financial innovation led by non-financial industry has caused a great impact on the development of traditional commercial banks in China,which need to further accelerate the transformation of business model and service mode in order to comply with the development of society.In this context,commercial banks can integrate massive customer transaction information and transaction preferences by building their own e-commerce platform with their own characteristics,which helps to re-examine customer needs,continuously improve their own economic profits,and better realize the innovation and development of commercial banks' business.Based on the current situation and potential problems of bank a's e-commerce platform project,and on the basis of fully understanding the essence and characteristics of Internet finance,this paper analyzes the relationship between mainstream e-commerce platform and commercial bank e-commerce platform,and analyzes the risk management model of bank A's e-commerce platform project construction based on the development trend of commercial bank e-commerce platform.First,the study used a variety of channels of information collection methods,interviews and discussions to identify existing problems,questionnaires and bank outlets on-the-spot inspection to identify the effectiveness of internal control intormation,and ultimately constructs a bank e-commerce project construction risk factor system.Secondly,this study uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to build a hierarchical model to evaluate the risk of a commercial bank's e-commerce platform.At the same time,the weight of the factors that affect the risk of a commercial bank's e-commerce platform is calculated and sorted.Finally,after identifying the risk and the order of importance of bank A's e-commerce projects,in accordance with the overall,systematic,dynamic and economic principles so as to have a targeted output to meet the challenges of the internet financial risk management strategy.To sum up,this research carries on the case study on the risk management of e-commerce platform under the current environment background,through the analysis structure of "risk identification,risk assessment,risk response",the following three conclusions are drawn:first,the risk factor system of bank A's own e-commerce platform project construction includes four main aspects:strategic decision risk,construction management risk,legal compliance risk and market environment risk;second,the overall risk level of bank A's own e-commerce platform project construction is at a medium high level,which may have a great impact on bank a's own e-commerce platform project construction;third,it is necessary to implement corresponding risk response measures,and carry out risk response tracking and risk response assessment with the development of project construction,so as to provide effective guarantee for the construction of bank A's own e-commerce platform project.
