Poverty Alleviation Effect And Influencing Factors Of Edible Fungi Industry At Wushi County In Xinjiang

Poverty is related to social stability and people's life.Remarkable achievements have been made since the reform and opening up.However,due to the large population base,deep poverty in some areas,different levels of economic and social development,and different causes of poverty,the situation of poverty alleviation and development in China is still grim.Since the eighteen Party's Congress,the Central Committee of the CPC,which takes Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has lifted the poor population out of poverty as the bottom line task and landmark index of building a well-off society in an all-round way.It has started the battle against poverty,which has been greatly expanded,and the scale has been hitherto unknown.To get rid of poverty and become rich is inseparable from industrial support,we must vigorously support the development of characteristic and advantageous industries in poor areas.The central government proposed to implement "five batches" for "how to help",and the autonomous region proposed "seven batches",all of which mentioned to support a batch by developing industries.Wushi county is located in the western border of the country,belonging to the deep poverty-stricken area of "three regions and three prefectures",where ethnic minorities gather.It is representative to carry out research on poverty alleviation of edible mushroom industry.Based on the theory of vicious circle of poverty,the theory of low-level equilibrium trap,the theory of agricultural development and the theory of sustainable development,and based on the data of field visits,this study uses four basic methodologies: literature research,questionnaire survey,normative analysis and empirical analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis.This paper first introduces the basic situation and poverty situation of Wushi County,then describes and analyzes the current situation and the driving force of the poverty alleviation of the edible fungus industry in Wushi County,constructs the evaluation index system of the effect of the poverty alleviation of edible fungus in Wushi County,and sets up the influencing factor variables.In this paper,from the changes of farmers' income,employment opportunities and production skills,we balance and set up the related factors,and use the binary logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors.Through the analysis of the effect and influencing factors of the poverty alleviation of the edible mushroom industry in Wushi County,the paper draws a conclusion and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the poverty alleviation of the edible mushroom industry.Through the research,we found that the effect of poverty alleviation of edible mushroom industry in Wushi county is better,which has certain reference significance for poverty alleviation of industries in poor areas.From the perspective of micro farmers,this paper studies the poverty alleviation effect and influencing factors of edible mushroom industry in Wushi county.It is found that the education level,the number of training,the degree of publicity and the effect of poverty reduction are the significant influencing factors of farmers' income change;the age,the degree of education,the number of training and the effect of training are the significant influencing factors of farmers' employment opportunity change;the year of farmers Age,whether they are poor households,the number of times of training and the effect of training are the significant influencing factors of the change of farmers' production skills.Based on the evaluation of the effect and the analysis of the influencing factors of the poverty alleviation of the edible mushroom industry in Wushi County,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: to strengthen the cultivation and further support of the leading enterprises of edible mushroom,to speed up the development of agricultural cooperatives of related industries,to strengthen the agricultural technology promotion of the poverty alleviation of the edible mushroom industry,to attach importance to the construction of the poverty alleviation team of the industry,and to establish and improve the benefit mechanism of the poverty alleviation of the edible mushroom industry.
